The USPS is a garbage organization and should be replaced with a better system. The incompetence at this location is uniquely terrible, and I continue to not only hardly ever receive my mail, but I continue to get other people's mail. HOW HARD CAN IT BE? CAN YOU NOT READ?????? ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS READ THE ADDRESS, WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT? YOU ALL SHOULD BE FIRED!

I had a package say out for delivery on saturday then it got sent to Fairview for whatever reason. They sent it back to slc, provo and now Monday morning my package is delayed because they couldn't figure out the address or whatever. Its currently in mg pleasant waiting to be scanned back out for delivery. What i don't get is they seriously make 2 rounds to our bank of mailboxes ive seen them it's like one delivers mail and the other packages or one delivers and the other brings everything that was missed during the day. Waste of time and resources. A couple years ago I would get my mail by 10am now it could be 2pm-9pm

The lady at the front desk was so ignorant! Did not help me with anything I that I needed help with. And the place was filthy! Disappointing! 🤨

The employees here have always been super helpful to me and quick to pounce on any problem that comes up. I really appreciate their flexibility and attitude towards us when we come in to work out an issue, or just pick up a package:) Really pleased with my treatment here.

I was a little surprised to see such a low rating for this post office. They have always been very helpful to me and gone out of the way to try to help me find my package sometimes . I myself have struggled to get packages sometimes as well, but it is usually because of a problem with the system or because it hasn’t been logged yet. Or is usually around Christmas time when they are dealing with thousands of packages a day in such a small facility. Which to me, is not a problem with the customer service as much as with what they have to work with. For me, they have always been very helpful. Every once in a while, I get told things I don’t want to hear from them, but it’s not because they are being disrespectful, I t’s because they are explaining to me how it is. I feel like with everything they have to deal with, they are actually doing a pretty good job. And after looking over several of these reviews, many of them seem like the customer is trying to blame the post office for a mistake they made, or don’t understand how the system here works. Don’t get me wrong some of them seem like legitimate complaints, and I would be a little bit skeptical if there weren’t a few bad reviews for any place on google, but mistakes happen and my experience overall is that I am very grateful with the service I have been receiving from them for the past few years. Doesn’t mean I haven’t had my frustrations with the system or the way I want things to work out perfectly all the time, but at least as far as customer service goes, they have almost always been very helpful and done a lot more than the service you would typically get from a post worker just doing there job. Especially Sam, he has always been very respectful and helpful. Sometimes he has told me something I didn’t want to hear, but it wasn’t because he didn’t care or wasn’t trying to be helpful, it was just him explaining the situation to me and what he can or can’t do about it. So I think this place is getting a lot of bad feedback for things that are not easily controlled or because of the way the system works down here. Which should be a usps postal service complaint, not and local postal service complaint. I think most of the people in charge here are actually helping the usps reviews to be better than that would otherwise be.

I have to fight them every time I have a package delivered because they don't put the key or slip in my box, or they put it in the wrong box. This week I got a notification that 2 packages were delivered. I went to pick them up. There was no key or slip in my box. When I asked them about it they said it had been put in locker 20 and was no longer there. I told them that it was not me that picked it up as I never received a key. I asked what they were going to do about it since I am now out that money if whoever took it didn't bring it back and I was told that they weren't going to do anything. They don't care about their customers. The post master wouldn't even come out and talk to me about it.

They are rude and unprofessional they jammed so many packages in a box two were damaged the key would not turn the lock which was on a Saturday around 1:00pm,Tuesday when I went back I was lectured about me not picking up my mail. The notification I received for me to pick up my package was September 6,Saturday September 7 is when I tried to get them and it was jammed it’s really frustrating,when they tell you to pick up your packages when I cannot because they have jammed the locker.this is pathetic when all I want to do is pick up my packages, and I have to deal with them not doing their job

Having to work with these people is a nightmare. They act like children and throw tantrums when things don't go their way, and will do everything in their power to drag those around them down. This is an embarrassment for Post Office and Federal workers alike, please do better.

Package held at Carrier location. Then got a notice the package was delivered. Thought that was crazy so I went down to pick up my package, and they said they already handed it to someone. But it wasn't me I stated. Doesn't matter, it's been delivered. But you didn't deliver it to me? Nothing we can do about it. You'll need to contact The people that shipped it and take it up with them.

What a joke, watched the mail van pass my house twice and didn't stop to deliver my package, I have my address in big letters right on my mailbox. No point in amazon 2 day delivery if the Post Office can't even figure out an address. The level of incompetence in this office is unreal.
