I've taken my 650 here exclusively and have every confidence in the quality of their work. I haven't seen them in a good long while and that tells you everything you need to know about Wasatch Motor Werks.

Based off the initial call I could tell this person hates their job. Worse customer service. The price was outrageous. Don't recommend this shop.

Honest, professional, and friendly. Second visit; will definitely be returning. Jeremy was awesome to do business with!

To begin the customer service was very poor and could sense a lot of smart alek attitude in each phone call as well as in person interaction. I went for a pre purchase inspection for a prospective buyer, I was originally told it should only be an hour to an hour and a half then upon arrival I discovered that actually meant 3-4 hours so I had to get my own uber called there was no real customer service in that regard either. Many shops have an account with Uber and offer rides for customers especially those that are coming to spend money on not so inexpensive service. They gave a thorough inspection and found a couple of things wrong with the car but some were very exaggerated ultimately leading to scaring my buyer away. $240 later (the hourly rate) out of my buyers pocket there is now no deal and I get back into my car and the lack of attention to detail or care is the reason I decided to write this review. Something so small like the OBD port being left open and the plastic cover on the ground without a care to put something so simple back brings into question the attention to detail that this shop has on larger jobs that are of more significance. I'll stick to the dealership, or other shops that have a better form of customer service and car care.

After taking my 650i gran coupe to BMW and another shop for train malfunction diagnose with no good results after few thousands of dollars already spent. A friend of my wife recommended us to Jeremy and Nina's shop and it was the best thing we could have done. He found the problem and made sure he would get to the issue and now my car drives like a beast. I will continue to take our vehicle to Jeremy Thank you guys!

Overall, I would say the worst experience I have ever had. I paid over 8 thousand dollars to have extensive work done. Leaking coolant was one of the main reasons for bringing it in and it was not even pressure tested to source the leak. Just a visual as to where the dried coolant was. It still leaked and even started dumping the coolant after I picked it up. Pretty amatuer work there. And that is the least of the problems. I won't even drive the car since I am doubtful it will hold together. At this point I will probably have to give the car away since I will not sell it to anyone knowing I have these concerns. Think twice before spending more than 20 or 30 bucks at this place. My experience with the owner is that he is very rough around the edges and marginally professional at best to a total disaster with customers at worst. It is pretty clear this is his first business and can not grasp the "big picture". Others may have had good experiences and may think well of him and his shop, but if you care about your car and your money, I have to suggest looking elsewhere, "not judging, just saying".

Honest, very knowledgeable and professional BMW mechanic! Took my '09 X5 in because it was leaking coolant and oil. I know there is lots of other work that needs done and I was worried I'd have a list of work that a mechanic would insist on me fixing. He was very honest and told me what I could get away with fixing for now to get me back in the road and not break the bank. When the time comes to get the rest fixed these guys will be the only ones touching my car.

Bryan has worked on three different vehicles for me. They've all been fast, successful, and well prices repairs.

Terrible customer treatment - I did not have my 550i repaired at this shop, didn't even have it diagnosed. I found out that Jeremy has very little patience for customers who want more than just "here's my key, call me when it's done". I am over 800 miles away from my home, staying in SLC until Covid-19 subsides or safe to travel. I was looking for a diagnosis of an intermittent, low frequency noise from underneath my car when using first gear or reverse. I was trying to determine the severity in order to travel home safely. I also had a minor CD player issue which I told him was not a priority and I did not want anything extensive spent on diagnosing it. Yes, I do a lot of my own repairs and trying to determine if I could fix it myself or if the shop would have to do it. I was more than willingly to pay for the diagnosis, but I wanted Jeremy to show me what was wrong when the diagnosis was made. In other words with the car up on the hoist, here is the defective part, etc., so that I could make an informed decision. Since I am more or less stranded in SLC (albeit a great place to be at the moment) I wanted to wait at his facility and then see what he found. Jeremy would have nothing to do with it as he explained his policy for the second time, my repair order was thrown in the trash and I was essentially shown the door, I was not a customer that he wanted. The good news is that I found a shop that exceeded my expectations (Werner's), worked with me through the whole process including an on the rack inspection. I determined I did not want to work on my back replacing the guibo and had them perform the repair. I cannot recommend Jeremy or his shop for any reason. Keep in mind it was not an argumentative situation, I am a calm, chill person, I asked him to work with me, but he thought I was being unreasonable. Fair enough, I always strive for customer service as if you are a guest in your home and Werner's did just that.

I moved to the area one year ago and I wanted to find someone I could trust to service my 2013 X5 without breaking the bank. I was so happy to find Wasatch Motor Werks. They are easy to book, friendly at drop-off, my car is thoroughly inspected, and they don't charge for things my car doesn't need. Why go anywhere else?

Jeremy is great! He really knows what he is doing and I trust that he is not overselling me or overpricing his services. I go to him for everything my BMW needs-- he's fantastic!

Jeremy and Nina were both very helpful when I came in for a pre purchase inspection. The car ended up having problems that I couldn't spot, and I'd say I'm pretty mechanically savvy. I had to pay for the inspection for a car I'm not buying but it saved me from buying a car with a lot of unknown problems. Thank you!!

If I could give them a lower score, I would. There's a reason these guys have 25 vehicles they've taken possession of in their lot. Horrible business model.
