I placed an order for a simple tarp July almost a year ago. The stated lead time was 3-4 months and they still haven't shipped it. I've called the owner a few times after the 6 month mark and he can often be hard to reach. He said that he got a defense contract shortly after I ordered, but it is taking so long that I don't know if he is interested in selling to people who aren't in the military anymore. The tarps looked good, but this has been a terrible experience.

very hard getting a response from the company after making and order and 6 months to be delivered.Unfortunately the Poncho was not waterproof and I got tired of trying to get the issue fixed .staff seem nice I would not buy again.

Have a couple PSS's, zebra pot.. and have enjoyed watching and wilderness innovation channel on you tube! This was my day off during the quarantine enjoying outdoors with my daughter!! Great products and great company!! Thanks and stay safe to all out there.

Best ponchos and blankets you can find for the outdoors! I've always hated sleeping bags and now I use their blankets. Sleep like a baby in the outdoors! Thank you for such great products.

I have been purchasing things from Wilderness innovation for about 8 years now. I love their poncho's and shelters, they are very well made and durable. Buying experience was painless and customer service is great. I highly recommend Wilderness innovation.

well I can't say enough about my new cordura cloth "pss" hd hammock / poncho and "PSTL". I will say after a good 3 to 4 weeks of January Indiana winter camping with temps as low as about 0 with snow ice and rain . The pss From a ground cloth to a light cover blanket to a hammock with and without a thermal rest pad. I was very surprised how it handled my 200 + rear end with a US Military issue 3 layer Bevy sleeping bag system thats rated to - 35 lone and or with my path find

Ordered a Zebra billy pot over a month ago. They took my money the day of the order. As far as I can tell, it was never shipped and I cannnot get any response from them. Can anyone help?
