On Friday 04/04/2025, I went to Bank One, the branch at Fashion Place in Murray City, to deposit checks. After finishing the transaction, I asked Ms. Sienna for help with opening a CD because I had tried to make an appointment by phone but was unsuccessful. She eagerly checked for me and introduced me to Mr. Mario Lupic, who was available at the office. Mario was very friendly and professional, and when he learned that I wanted to open a CD under both my spouse’s and my name, he scheduled us for an appointment the very next day—Saturday—so that both of us could be present to sign the documents.
On Saturday at 1:30pm, we arrived on time for the appointment and received clear explanations. We completed the procedures to transfer money from our savings account to open two CDs. In addition, Mario took extra time to explain other banking-related questions we had. Afterward, Mario kindly saw us off and even opened the door for us since the bank closes early at 2:00pm on Saturdays.

Their notary, Bradley will say he can help you, make you wait 30 minutes, and then proceed to have someone else tell you he can no longer help you. Save time and go elsewhere… incompetent branch.

Banker wouldn’t talk to me because I didn’t have my drivers license:
I did have a global entry card, and Face ID on my phone, and unlocked my account on the chase account… Face ID not good, physical id better.. not sure how logic works on that!
Nevertheless after my drivers license comes in I will be closing my business and personal accounts at chase. Just disappointed in all of this, as logic wasn’t used!

I had a terrible experience the first time I went here, about 3 weeks ago. But I needed to come back today to get some change and the teller was so nice! She was very helpful and I really appreciated her kindness! Both her and the other teller stood up when I walked in with smiles on their faces!

Same thing happen to me, I recently opened an account for my personal and my wife attempted to deposit $200.00 in cash and they would not let her because she was not on my account. I also deposited a check from my employer and they placed a 10 day hold on my check and there is no way to get my money until then…needless to say I just opened this checking and David and now I’ll be closing this account

I have been banking with Chase for years. The bank is great! But the drive-up ATM at the Murray location is down about 90% of the time. I'm a business owner and need to make after hour cash deposits. All the other locations I drive to they work just fine.

I asked my wife to go to my bank to deposit $1500.00 in cash. The bank did not accept her deposit because she was not in my account. The bank said it is the bank's rule. Even my wife showing her ID with the same surname. They said this rule is to prevent money laundering. Unbelievable and at the same time funny. I will definitely close my account with this bank.

My banker was not up-to-date on Chase promotions. He gave me incorrect information and did not return my calls after I tried to reach him multiple times. Instead of receiving my debit card that day at the bank, I was told I needed to wait 7 to 14 days! I could pay a $5 fee to have it expedited. The credit union I was previously with knew the incentives without me asking. It was quick and easy; they gave me my card in the office that day with no fees! When I previously applied for a credit card at the other place, they notified me if I was approved in 2 days.
With Chase, again, they told me I would get an answer in 7 to 14 days.
I am 100% certain that I made the wrong decision to go to Chase Bank. If I were you, I would stick with a credit union.

Been banking with Chase for a long time. I’ve recently had some fraud transactions on my account and had called the corporate numbers and cancelled the card etc. I had another fraudulent transaction from the same thing a few days later. Drove to this location where I was helped by a teller named Halle. Wasn’t sure if she could assist me, but she jumped right on the phone and in 10 mins got everything handled and switched over. She saved my day.

Best customer service from Irene, changing pin to your preference suck and fyi coming from Logan they have more branch down in the Davis county compared to cache county. I got said I'm just amazed how there is no guarding that protects their employee, coming from California?(if-u-know). The security guard is awesome too(never got his name).
