We had an appointment to set up an account and talk about a refi. No phone call or notice the guy wasn't even there. Apparently they dont value your time at all. I wouldnt suggest doing business that doesnt value customers

I went in to open a new account and there was only one person in the branch who could do it. He was already helping some else and would be about 20 minutes. Only staffing 2 tellers and 1 banker the day before a holiday seems like an obvious oversight.
I bank at a Credit Union, but used their ATM. It took $503 from my account, but did not give me any money. They told me there is nothing they can do for me since I am not a member of their bank.
