I cannot get a hold of anyone despite calling over and over and leaving messages. I can’t even pay them let alone get my pathology report!

The same as many other reviews I called and left 3 messages with no return call. I wanted to pay with my health equity card (not mail a check). There is no way to pay on line. I finally wrote the information for payment on the statement and sent it in. They need to update how to pay and or fix their customer service.

Have called half a dozen times and left multiple voicemails to pay bill but unable to reach anyone and have yet to receive a phone call back
