I had a bill I tried to pay for over 6 months, and never got a response. I called over 100 times easily, left dozens of voicemails, and nothing. NOTHING. Then this 'company' sent my wife's account to collections, of course without trying to contact us at all by phone. I finally got them to answer the phone the morning of 3/20/2024 after I had the doctor’s office that sent them the lab work contact them for me. When the pathology center representative finally answered she seemed dumbfounded that I had called for months and no answer. She took my credit card information and email (on what felt like the "back of a napkin" because she claimed their systems were down, etc. ... so many excuses to all my issues the last six months… My payment has now processed but no receipt via email yet, which was promised)Dr. Patricia A. Vitale (Dermatopathology) is the name on the door at the business. If I was you, I would be incredibly embarrassed at the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by this establishment.

Terrible company. Tried to call and pay my bill for over 7 months- no one answers the phone or calls you back. Then got sent to collections. If my dermatologist continues to use this company I’ll have to change physicians.

they called me back and very rude, very unprofessional, and ended up telling me they couldn’t help and hung up on me cuz I got upset. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Never answer phone when trying to resolve billing issue. Get a receptionist, they charge so much it's obvious they can afford one.

Terrible billing practices! They send you bills 5 months after your visit. Then when you try to pay them they hold on to the check forever without depositing it. As everyone says, they also don't answer the phone. What a joke! I can't believe anyone can manage a business so incompetently. Makes you wonder about their medical care if they can't manage this side of the practice.

I am just going to agree with everyone else that has posted comments. I have been trying to pay my bill for over 6 months and now am being sent to collecitons. i have called and left voicmails with no reply. Horrible compnay and if my dermatoligst continues to use them I will change doctors because I am not doing this again.

No one will answer the phone. No phone call returns. Now the voicemail is full and I can not leave a message. Its 2022onsider accepting online or payment over the phone!

I've called about 5 different times in the last week on different days at different times and no one ever answers the phone. There's no way to pay online either so I'm not sure what I'm suppose to do with this bill...

They don’t answer their phones. When you call to pay a bill and leave a message and ask for a call back they don’t return your call. No online payment option.

This company is awfull. They never answer their phone, they don't send you bills, but send you to collections. They are not competent medical professionals.Tell your physician to not use their services!

I have tried to call multiple times to pay a bill and every time I do I either get a message machine or a message saying the answering machine is full.
