I think this will have to be my last trip to Great Clips! I read the reviews but hoped it would be better at this location. :( I asked for about shoulder blade length on my long hair, but walked out with it above my shoulders. The stylist seemed very rushed and just kept cutting. Very sad to have lost so much hair today!

I've had my hair done here a few times. The work is always mediocre and most times, never what I actually ask for, but the staff are typically nice and that keeps us going.
My husband just got his hair done today and while the haircut was decent, his stylist spent the entire service about her political stance and opinion. As a beauty professional myself, that's something we're trained NOT to do and is considered an unprofessional practice.

The “guy” or male technician that cuts my hair is extraordinary. I don’t know what he does to get my hair so correct. I didn’t even know it, until he cut my hair. Now, I need to request him every time.

She never cleaned up my hair... Didn't even ask if it was good or if I liked it, she just decided I was done and took off the hair blanket. Had to finish at a different great clips. Disgusting service

My usual place to get my hair cut. They do a good job, They have my usual cut on file and always ask if I want anything new. The stylist is always chatty and makes it a great visit every time.

Sorry but I had an awful experience here. My lady just didn't know how to cut curly hair. When it dried it was super uneven and ugly.

I do not recommend coming here if you want a actual hair cut. this place is a person GETTING experience or a experienced person working on you, we took my little brother here because he finally wanted to cut his hair after a year of growing it out, but we got a person who’s getting experience and we didn’t get her name but we talked to her exactly how we wanted it and she said she could do it we even showed a picture
close to what we wanted. also while we were waiting we overheard another customer say he wouldn’t be returning here again. after we seen his haircut we weren’t happy with it after so the next day we took him someplace else and they did an amazing job! but we asked if they could fix up the fade, he said he couldn’t because of how high she went and the top part wasn’t how we wanted it at all so my little brother is very upset about it, he was worried that kids were gonna pick on him about it. she faded his low part and it wasn’t even as well. Should make their lights brighter so they can see the mistakes they make!! We’re just not happy about it at all. Very upset!!!
Definitely not returning to this location again!!!
