Unprofessional service. Mishaps at the register not removing a $100 item, having a body butter scanned twice, and them not scanning a sunscreen product. After the register incompetence, I decided to not purchase what they'd neglected.
The girl with red hair was knowledgeable, an exception to this experience. However, I can't give two stars given multiple register issues and delays.
One staff member clearly didn't know their product line well, and this same stuff seemed to struggle to keep track of things at the register.
Edit: I went back an hour later after seeing their main website had BOGO for many items, including the ones I had just purchased. They did honor it, but after much confusion at the register including suggesting I'd need to pay ~$20 for BOGO. They fixed it but took them a while to figure it out. Math is not the forté here

Good products, but unprofessional staff who were arguing amongst each other when my family and I walked in. Even after seeing us they continued to have their argument.

I had the best experience at this location with Jaden (or Jadyn in case I’m not spelling it correctly) he was extremely informative and genuine. He took his time to asking questions to really understand my skin type and was able to recommend exactly what I needed. I can always appreciate people who are good and passionate about their job!

I would give it a zero star rating if it would let me. I recieved some Kiehl's soaps online and tried to return them. The online agent said that I needed to go into the store. So I went into the store at Fashion Place mall. Bree was rude in saying that I couldn't return them because she didn't have access to the codes she needed. I explained that they are on the shelf and could easily scan them and do a return. Nope. With a smug smile and no access codes it wasn't happening. Why leave your employees not able to help?? Thought I was dealing with a reputable company. Sad...I guess I will have soap for ever since I won't be returning or purchasing ever again!

This store is a joke! I had a $25 visa gc to use and I needed new eye cream so I figured I would use it to purchase just that. Yeah...not so much! Online you can only use one form of payment, so I went into a physical store and asked if they could type in the card # (I used to work retail so I know it is possible and there's no reason a company can't do it), he proceeded to tell me that they can't do it because of policy. Not sure what kind of BS that is. You're getting the money regardless. And then he proceeds to tell me to get online and order it that way even though I already explained the dilemma with that. That was that. He said oh so sorry, have a nice day. I will seriously never shop in the physical store EVER AGAIN. And the customer service was abysmal at best. So disappointed! Looks like I'm looking for new creams.

Jayde helped me today with a Father's Day gift for my husband. She was amazing from start to finish, and really made my shopping experience a 10/10. I was so impressed with her service, and willingness to go above and beyond.

I have been using Kiehl's products for over 25 years. Especially the Silk Groom Serum. I am lucky enough to have thick waist length hair and the Serum was my favorite product of all time. Whenever anyone asked me what products I used which was often I referred them to Kiehl's and recommended the Silk Groom Serum along with a few other products. I have easily sent Kiehl's more than a few hundred customers over the last 25 years. Several months ago the new total snob zygote of a manager at the store I have frequented for the last 10 years very rudely informed me that the serum was discontinued. He even went so far as to insult my taste in using such an old product. He had no suggestions for a replacement product and seemed to have a problem with me in general. All of the other store employees knew me and have always been very kind and professional. I started buying the serum from Ebay at twice the cost but eventually the they ran out. I had 2 other altercations with the store manager when he told me just as rudely on 2 different occasions that both the Shampoo and Conditioner I use were discontinued as well. It turns out they weren't, the store was just out of stock at that location. I am extremely disappointed with Kiehl's for getting rid of the Silk Groom Serum. Long time customers should have been given some kind of warning so we could stock up. The Babassu Oil Serum that I assume was supposed to replace The Silk Groom is awful. it reeks like a combination of a saddle and a nasty cheap pheromone perfume sold on informercials from the 90's called Realm. For those of you who aren't old enough to get that reference it smells kind of like that stoner you knew in high school who never bathed and tried to cover the stench in Patchouli. Where the Silk Groom had very little sent and didn't overpower every other product that I use the Babassu oil is so overpowering that it gives me a headache. I am no longer using Kiehl's and I plan to discourage people from using their products as extensively as I used to encourage them.

I bought over $125.00 worth of product. I never received it. They refused to reimbursed me. They just blew me off! I checked with ups, they said they returned it. Do not buy from this company. I am disappointed! Do not give this company your business. Customer service is terrible.

Buyer beware. Do not place an online order. I received my order 4 days before Christmas. In the box has the correct packaging slip of the products I ordered, But not one of the products I ordered is in the box. I’m not sure how you can have a piece of paper with all the correct products and put all the wrong product in the box. Now I won’t have the gifts in time. I’m so disappointed

Picked up gift for my son for his birthday and I was treated poorly by a staff member name Jayden? Had an attitude and very rude to me, treat me like I don’t shop or know their products :( very bad experience.

I've been using Kiehl's for over 20 years, when this store didn't even exist. I was so excited when it first opened at Fashion Place Mall. I've always been treated cordially by very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. This weekend was extra special when Lauren went above and beyond to introduce me to a new line of shampoo/conditioner specifically for my hair and sensitive skin types. Thank you, Lauren! Kiehl's is lucky to have you in its team!!!
