“The Murray location was open until 5 on the 4th of July which was a LIFESAVER for my family and I! Aidan and Cole were quick, kind, and very fair with my loan offer. Incredible customer service. I showed up 15 minutes before closing and they had my item evaluated and approved, loan terms explained, paperwork signed and my money in hand in 12 minutes. The store, in general, is also immaculately organized and prices are great. Couldn’t have had a better first experience here at Big Dog. Thanks gentlemen!”

“I had an outstanding experience at Sportsman's Fast Cash in Murray, and I can't say enough good things about James and the team. I found myself in a difficult situation and had to part with some of my barely used, high-end DeWalt tools. It wasn't an easy decision, but James made the entire experience as positive as it could possibly be. He was incredibly professional, courteous, honest, and respectful from start to finish. He took the time to look everything over carefully, explained the process, and offered me a very fair price. At a time when I truly needed the help, they treated me with kindness and dignity rather than making me feel like just another transaction. It's rare to find customer service like this anymore. If you're looking for a place that's honest, fair, and genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Sportsman's Fast Cash in Murray. Thank you, James, for making a difficult situation so much easier. You've definitely earned a lifelong customer.”

“This place was absolutely great and probably the best pawn shop I've been too. I was worried at first with how enthusiastic the owner was over the phone, especially regarding his capabilities and prices and how usually it's too good to be true, but he truly was the most honest and more-than-fair seller I think I've ever met. If you're looking for anything, especially jewelry given that's what my experience based in, I high recommended he be your first stop, even before the expensive brand shops in the malls and such. He was more honest and completely transparent with proven bd background of all pricing and seems to truly be in it for the enjoyment of regiving life with new owners. Highly recommend with a great selection, a great vibe and a perfect store. Best pawn shop in Utah.”

“This pawn shop is seriously one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and actually treats you like a person instead of just trying to make a sale. I’ve had multiple great experiences here, and every time they’ve been fair, helpful, and easy to work with. They have a great selection, their pricing is reasonable, and they’re always willing to answer questions and let you properly look things over before buying. What really stands out is the customer service they make you feel welcome and never pressure you. I’ve found some incredible deals here, and I keep coming back because I know I’ll be treated right. If you’re looking to buy, sell, trade, or just see what they have, I highly recommend checking them out. Easily a 5-star experience and a place I’m happy to support.”
