This was my first of 3 appts that day and because of my experience with Q I vowed to buy my dress at Fantasy, cuz the experience with the other 2 shops just could not compare. “The Murray location was open until 5 on the 4th of July which was a LIFESAVER for my family and I! Aidan and Cole were quick, kind, and very fair with my loan offer. Incredible customer service. I showed up 15 minutes before closing and they had my item evaluated and approved, loan terms explained, paperwork signed and my money in hand in 12 minutes.The store, in general, is also immaculately organized and prices are great. Couldn’t have had a better first experience here at Big Dog. Thanks gentlemen!”
