“This is a great place, especially when you have to do as many returns as I've had to the past few months. The staff are what makes this UPS location a cut above the rest. They are very helpful, kind and accommodating. A special thank you to Kevin at this location, who over the course of a few weeks has helped me out with the following: when my card didn't work he was kind enough to help with the printer fee, another time he went through the extra hassle to try and adjust my returns to save me the most money, most recently, he came outside and helped me bring in a multiple large scale packages while i was struggling to get them over the curb, and so on and so forth. Highly recommend coming here if you want the least amount of hassle and appreciate some awesome staff members helping you out with mundane tasks. 5 stars!”

“Delivery team was courteous and efficient. I live 5 hours from SLC and was one of many deliveries and installations. My driveway is long and narrow and their truck was big so turning around was not easy. They got it done. It had to be a very very long day for them because they finished at my place around 5 pm. I was only expecting a delivery but they installed it too. So I’m very happy and grateful. Costco and RXO really came thru for me. Thanks to a great team!”

“This review is just for this specific post office and moreover for a specific employee they have named Tom. After calling six separate post office in the salt lake valley ( each &every one of them hanging up on me multiple times or just letting it go to the busy signal ). I finally got in touch with customer service & they told me that they couldn't tell me anything about whether my mail was being held or not ( which is the only thing I wanted to know ). I'm not computer literate really & I just wanted to speak to a live person but after 2 hours of trying I was about ready to just go down there & explode on these people. Even though I live in downtown salt lake I contacted Tom at the Millcreek post office because he was the only person who would answer the phone. Not only did he understand how frustrated I was & said how odd it was that nobody else would answer. he then asked me to give him my number & said he would personally figure out what was going on with my mail. even though he wasn't in my area at all, after about 45 minutes he called me back & told me exactly what was going on with my mail. He was amazing. Above and beyond. a shining example of kick butt postal worker. Wasn't it customer service didn't have to do it but he did. You should give this man a raise Make him a manager and have him teach the rest of your employees how to do their damn jobs. I was so furious I was ready to go down there and create the biggest scene and vent out all my frustration on those people at my local post office. Five stars for Tom and Mill Creek post office the rest of them if I could give them a zero I would anything our tax dollars pay for that nonsense well you can't even talk to a live person and get run around by AI and caring employees who just hang up on you literally. Thank you again Tom you are the man.”
“First off let me say i have been with Cargo link for over 10 years and for most part have been happy , that is until my last shipment which was off loaded in Long Beach Sept 1st it is now Sept 25th and the shipment is not here in SLC (1 state away) and I cant get any solid dates or info to go on. I am seasonal so my sales window is small and i have people and customers to answer to as well . Update: The Owner (Scott contacted me to explain the unusual set of events that had occurred and assured me it wouldn't happen again .”
