the guy at the counter seemed like he didnt want to be there, very rude and short with us. on top of that we had to pay $45 upfront for gas and then were told we still had to fill it after we were done using it even though we paid for the gas, when asked if we would get the money back the guy said no, go to any other uhaul but not this one.

The people are great. The china boxes were not labelled that it was 1 of 2. We could not find the outer box. We returned the packing and dividers because we did not have the box. U-Haul needs to put the dividers and cushions with the outer box all together.
