It did take a long time to get resolved (a few months) hence a star removed but in the end I was given a refund for which I was grateful.”

“So I bought a Jeep from Matt at all access auto over a year ago and the car actually has been a really good car. I’ve actually had to do a lot to the car since I’ve had it but that’s because it was 19 years old so that’s understandable. However, the miles were very low and the engine and transmission are really good and I think Matt does make sure his cars have good running parts But there’s not much they can do about stuff that is old because things Can go wrong With older cars. I’ve had to replace the struts a year into owning it and some control arm bushings but other than that the car has been really good to me running strong and only had 20,000 miles when I bought it And now it has 35,000 miles and I haven’t had any issues with it other than the suspension but living in Utah that’s to be expected. Matt really is a good guy and sells cars that are going to run well Of course, they will always need a little bit of maintenance but other than that, I would definitely buy from all access auto again And actually plan on going back to get my mom a car from Matt at all access. My one and only complaint is he doesn’t ever answer the phone. He seems very hard to get a hold of and that’s the only reason why I didn’t give five stars.”

“Overall a decent experience with Mike & Auto Plus. I was scoping out the market for a RAV4 for my wife, and after testing a few, we found one here. Without scheduling a test drive, I was able to walkin and talk with Mike about it. Within minutes he was insisting I go drive it, and even asked to help with moving my car seat over.
There were a few small things with the vehicle that weren't perfect, but it is a 15 yr old car too. He was ok with me taking it to a mechanic. Instead of negotiating heavily and going back and forth, they were fully willing to purchase the mirror that needed replacing & install it for me.
Where things got weary, after signing all the docs & taking the keys (cars sold AS IS), we drove it off the lot. It's a 45 min drive home, and after getting off I-15 we did notice smoking coming from the fender, got home home & had transmission fluid leaking & splattered up the back of the car. I immediately contacted Mike & asked about it.
He wanted to investigate & asked questions about the issues, didn't shut down any of the concerns I had. Ultimately, they offered to take the car back for a few days, and checked out the issue, which was just matter of the Transfer Case being overfilled and it sprayed out the breather tube.
While they had the car, they put us in a loaner & kept me updated while the issue was investigated. They topped off the car with fuel, and got us back on the road. I felt that they handled the situation well, and do appreciate even though I assumed any and all risk, he was willing to figure this out. I would only suggest, before selling any vehicles, to have a more thorough inspection done. Thanks again Mike for the help!”
