“We were very worried about our snake because he had a respiratory infection while he was shedding. The experience at this animal hospital was amazing all around. We were very stressed about him and they were very patient with us. They kept us informed with everything going on with him and were very transparent. Our snake has been home for a few days now and is doing so much better. We are very happy with this animal hospital and how they treated us and our pet.”

“I love this vet! Both Dr. Weimer and Dr. Van Wagoner are wonderful to work with. From the front desk staff, who are so knowledgeable and helpful, and somehow seem to remember everything about my puppy, Cora, each time I call, to the clean and quiet exam rooms, I actually enjoy bringing Cora in for exams. And Cora enjoys it, too! She loves all the attention, love and care that she gets from the staff here. She basically sprints in the door to say hi to everyone. The staff answer questions thoughtfully and thoroughly and are clearly providing the best advice for both pets and their owners. So glad that I found this vet!”

“This morning was one of the hardest days of my life — we had to say goodbye to our sweet cat, Crackers. From the very first phone call to Copper View Veterinary in Riverton, we were met with nothing but kindness, compassion, and urgency.

“I took my cat in for some missing teeth and met Dr. Carlos. He checked my cat, promptly diagnosed her, and provided some pain meds/antibiotics, just in case, as he thought it was due to an impact (my cat sliding around on the floor and running into the wall or something).
After that, my cat possibly had a reaction, likely to the antibiotics. As such, I rushed her back.
Despite them being very busy that day, they made it a point to see me as quick as possible. I had originally thought I overdosed her on the antibiotics.
Not only did Dr. Whitty set the record straight that I had not overdosed her, he helped calm my other fears, and did what he could to help my cat feel better.
I also feel the staff here is direct but friendly. I think the directness is due to a mix of the profession, and their integrity.
In summary, I had 2 vet visits in 3 days, and they showed the most compassion as someone worrying about their family member who was very ill. Not only that, but their staff are well experienced and amazing to work with, from the receptionists to the doctors.”
“Dr. Sierra and Marissa definitely went above and beyond today. I had to switch vets, I had met Tina the manager, who was also very comforting and convincing me to come over. I had taken my little Chi Chi Hua to a ““ corporate vet! After Tina heard my story, I took it up on myself to book an appointment because of what I was told. I have never been so impressed in my whole life of how well the entire team from start to finish did such an excellent job. Dr. Sierra and Marissa Gave the utmost an exceptional service to me and my little Benjie I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Sierra and her team. I walked in, I had a very friendly greeting. Within minutes, I was taken back to a room with a furnished couch, fun pictures, and a very calm atmosphere. Anyone who has a Chi Chi Hua knows that. Dr. Sierra gave him the best exam looked him over Not only once but twice. Best experience that we have ever had. Our tech Marissa was not only informative, but was so very calm and very kind. She was able to give him his injection and his vaccines without any worries, also it was like he didn’t even fill it. I now will continue my pet care with Dr. Sierra and the staff here at animal care center. It has been the best experience, not only the transparency, but how very good that they take care of your pet and also you at the same time. It felt very salt of the Earth, it gave me all the vibes today.”

“I was referred by my local vet to take my sweet boy cat here. They worked so hard and were in contact with me throughout his treatment. He was supposed to stay for 2 or more days. He ended up not being healthy enough to come home after a day. They were compassionate and professional about what needed to be done. I immediately went in when the dr called and let me know that he wasn't going to make it home. I was able to spend as much time as I needed to before he needed to be put down. I had privacy with my sweet boy. They offered to have someone with me. They said i could spend as much time as I needed. The amazing girl who took me back cried with me and asked me if she could hug me. These people care about animals and the loss with the owners so so much. I couldn't have asked for better care, and compassion. They helped so much. I would recommend this place over and over again. Thank you guys for everything you did for Jasper. Thank you for feeling his loss with me. I can't imagine going through this day after day with clients and thier beloved animals. You are angels.”
“I went here about 7 months ago for my cat Chloe. She had a UTI. I cannot remember the Dr's name but both him and his assistant made me feel soo comfortable and they did the urinalysis and sent me home with meds and my cat cleared her infection. I was so grateful they were able to see me on such a short notice too because she had gotten to the point where almost no pee was coming out when she would go to her litter box. She might have another UTI so I hope this appointment is as great as my last one! I have high expectations because of my previous visit. Fingers crossed.”

We rushed our one-year-old leopard gecko, Summer, to them during one of the hardest days our family has experienced. From the moment we walked through the doors, every member of their team treated both Summer and our family with genuine compassion, kindness, and respect.
Dr. Laurel Harris took the time to perform a thorough examination, carefully explain every finding, and answer every question we had. She never rushed us or made us feel like “just another appointment.” Instead, she treated Summer with incredible dignity and gave us the information we needed to make the most compassionate decision for her.
Although the outcome was heartbreaking, I am deeply grateful for the honesty, empathy, and professionalism we received. The medical records were exceptionally thorough, and Dr. Harris took the time to explain the cause of Summer’s condition and educate us so we could understand exactly what had happened. Even in one of the most emotional moments of our lives, we felt supported, heard, and genuinely cared for.
The staff showed so much compassion towards us, who were devastated by the loss of our beloved pet. They recognized that Summer wasn’t “just a gecko”—she was a cherished member of our family. That kindness meant more than words can express.
While I wish our story had ended differently, I am incredibly thankful that Summer’s final moments were spent in the care of people who clearly have a passion for exotic animals and the families who love them.
