“I went to M1 after a recommendation from a friend. I had a lot of things to do on a 60,000 mile service for a Ford F150. Trans, transfer, diffs, coolant, brake services and full tune-up. Right out of the gate, Mike and Lizzie were exceptional. They answered all my questions and kept my updated along the way. Communication was above and beyond. During all those jobs they found some additional things that needed attention in my hubs and water pump. They fixed the hub issue while the truck was there and we are ordering the parts for water pump. Mike took photos of the found issues. I have been to many auto shops in my life and nearly all I will not go back to, but Mikes shop is now my only go to. They do great work. They are communicative. They stand by their work and most importantly, they are HONEST. Rare commodity in today's world. Out of habit I placed cardboard under my truck when I got home to see if anything was leaking since I had every fluid in the truck changed. There was not a single drop of oil anywhere. It was obvious they took the time to even wipe any residual oil off any parts underneath. Thank you, Mike and Lizzie for the great work! They also installed a cold side charge pipe boot and only charge me labor as they one part of a set that had already been used. They offered each time to get it in and get it fixed. I didn't have time at the moment. I ended up making an appointment which was super easy, went in and they were so nice and helpful. “Got my tires replaced here. It cost $810 which is much cheaper compared to any other place. I also had a warranty included with the tires. Took about 2 hours. Customer service was excellent and they were friendly. So glad I don't have tires running flat anymore.”

“I needed to get new tires, which is never fun. The employees have a great attention to detail. I have had tires done at Walmart and other places before and they love to cross thread the lug nuts causing them to snap off… this has never happened here, they hand tighten the nuts before finishing with a torque wrench. I saw an employee double checking the torque specifications for my type of vehicle. Very professional”

“These guys are amazing! Passing through SLC, I found CarZone on Google and went to them on Sunday for AC repair and a recurring check engine light, and I'm extremely impressed with their service. The staff was courteous, and the mechanic, Sam, was incredibly thorough.
Instead of just quick fixes, they meticulously diagnosed both issues. For the AC, they found and repaired the root cause of the hot air. I bought a new compressor from a parts store that was faulty. Raeed found a new compressor to replace the faulty one overnight. Lesson learned - just have him order the parts if you need replacements.
For the check engine light, Sam methodically investigated all potential causes, explaining their process clearly. He also pointed out that the ball joints were completely worn (I saw 2 other mechanics that said nothing, which is surprising because it's a safety concern). He also got those replaced for me.
They said they would get the car done the same day, and they are guys of their word. Sam went back to the shop and finished working on the car late into the night.
Needless to say -issues were completely resolved, and my car is running like a brand new car. I highly recommend CarZone for reliable and comprehensive automotive service. Not only are their prices more than reasonable, they work with high integrity and just a group of solid & fun guys that just love what they do.
