“Had new tires installed today, they called and let me know my tires were in and set up a time to have the install done.I was early to the appointment and saw the store manager interacting with customers when I arrived. The staff was great and accommodated my early arrival.While I waited to finish the paper work Curt came over and thanked me for being a customer and choosing that location.While I waited in the lobby, I saw Curt interact with each customer who came in. One customer was having a rough time in life.Curt did an amazing job going above and beyond to help him out. It is not my story to share although I was moved by his actions.Yesterday I thought the workd sucked, today I was able to see human kindness and how customer service should be.I would recommend this location of discount tires over any other.”
