“After performing a Titan swap to my Xterra, every piece of the suspension was replaced, thus not nearly close to being aligned. Rockys Tire Pros (recently merged with Big Box Brand) was awesome to deal with. The first 2 shops I tried, could not understand that a Titan Swapped X could not be aligned as an Xterra. But they required a VIN based alignment. Rockys was able to do the custom work I wanted and dialed it in. Took 3 test drives that morning and I tied up the rack for 4 hours, but these guys were perfect and AMAZING to deal with. Highly recommend to use these guys. Also helps that all the guys there are gear heads and love cars, more so ones that you rarely see. Keep up the great work Rockys.”

“I gotta say that these guys are awesome it was a very difficult task that I was dealing with in looking for a single dinn dash kit I needed for my vehicle and let me say surprisingly almost around the salt lake valley didn’t have what I specifically needed but these guys did. And the reason why I’m writing this review is because he went out of his way to make sure I was getting the right part like sending me a picture of the part because I was taking a trip there that was at least 1 hour drive and todays weather was very horrible. Snow and rain, and just them having the understanding on the issues that were laid out, they made it very easy and non difficult and also very good customer service for me to make my decision. “I absolutely love this place and highly recommend Universal Exhaust shop. The prices are fair, the service is excellent, and Renato is one of the most honest and professional mechanics I’ve ever met. He really knows what he’s doing and, most importantly, he’s someone you can truly trust.
I recently had an issue with my car and first went to the Hyundai dealership. They told me several things were wrong and recommended replacing multiple parts, which would have cost a lot of money. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Renato. He carefully checked everything and was completely honest with me, we only replaced what was actually necessary.
In the end, I spent about one-third of what the dealership quoted, and the car works perfectly. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy who won’t make you spend money unnecessarily. I recommend Renato with complete confidence.”
