“You know, these days, you don't get a lot of honesty from people in the service industry that are working on your car or plumbers, or anything of that nature. And recently, I had the experience of working with master tech. I had purchased a aftermarket exhaust system for my truck. Put it on, it didn't quite fit. And it had new catalytic converters on it, and I called them to ask them what it would cost to put a new system on it that actually fit. And they said, well, why do we need to do that? Why don't we just fix what's wrong with it? And save you some money, and so I did. I took it to them because I had other shops, quoting me from $700 to $1500. And they all knew the same exact information that it had a new system on it with new catalytic converters, but nobody was willing to be honest, and even suggest that we just fixed the fitment issue and call it good. And then I called these guys, and boy, was I surprised they suggested we just fix it. And we did, and it was a lot less money, and it passed emissions. And the truck is out on the road. Doing great, so for that, I really appreciate these guys. And they will be my shop of choice from this point on. Because of that, one little gesture of honesty and helping me save money instead of looking out for their bottom dollar. And I know, companies need to look out for making their own money, and if you do enough of these, where you gain customers. Because of your honesty, then you get far more than just a big check, one time going out. The door so thank you, master autotech. You guys are the best.”

They went above and beyond to address issues that another repair shop completely brushed off & that other shop just cleared the codes, without looking under the hood. Needless to say, there was a lot more going on. Instead of guessing, they took the time to do a detailed diagnosis, really dug into the problem, and gave me clear, honest answers.
They got me in immediately after I called and performed an incredibly thorough inspection of my car. They worked directly with my extended warranty, and my vehicle is currently waiting on the approved parts! I'm always nervous about taking my car to a shop after a bad experience I had in the past. Clint and his team made my first visit so easy that when my A/C stopped working over the 4th of July weekend, I didn't even think twice about bringing it back.
They got me in the next day, ordered the parts, and had everything fixed without any hassle. The whole process was effortless, and they kept me updated along the way.
I trust them with my car, which says a lot, and they've definitely made me a repeat customer. They also work great with Alpha Warranty, which made everything even easier.

I recently had an issue with my car and first went to the Hyundai dealership. They told me several things were wrong and recommended replacing multiple parts, which would have cost a lot of money. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Renato. He carefully checked everything and was completely honest with me, we only replaced what was actually necessary.
