“I was travelling through Utah from WA state last Friday night after 10pm, when I noticed a low tire pressure warning. I stopped in Payson to fill the tire and continued on, hoping it was just a nail, hoping it would be a slow leak, hoping I could make it to my destination which was an hour and a half south. By the time I reached Nephi it became clear that whatever had punctured my tire was more serious than a slow leak. My car is a hybrid and doesn't have a spare tire. My tires were only a few months old. I considered using the sealant repair kit, then decided against it, knowing it would likely ruin the tire. I went online and found Big O Tire in Nephi would be open Saturday morning and I could book an appt. for a tire repair. I made the appt., made arrangements for the night and returned the next morning.

Saturday morning as I arrived at Big O Tire I was met at the curb by an employee there, informed him I had a tire repair appt. He had me check in at the desk. I was treated extremely well and they had my tire repaired within the hour. I was treated with the small town, personalable customer service that is so rare to find these days. I HIGHLY recommend Big O Tire in Nephi UT and their kind and professional staff.”
