Late at night on a holiday weekend, we broke down on the way home from tournament and had our vehicle towed to the first shop Google listed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only did they get us back on the road quickly, but Brent's customer service was so good it made me wish I had more repairs to get done. The level of care and efficiency was something you don’t see often, and it made me a little jealous of the small-town life. If you’re anywhere near this place and need work done, don’t hesitate. “I broke down on the 15 near Nephi on the first day of a very long road trip. After realizing I wasn't covered theu insurance for roadside assistance, I called May Towing to help me get to a shop. I am more than grateful I chose May Automotive Repair to take a look at my car.

First off, I have only paid for shop work maybe 4 times in my life. I always work on my own vehicles due to the expense and stima surrounding many automotive repair shops. I can say with confidence that May Automotive Repair is not one of them. If I weren't so far from Nephi, I would use them as my regular mechanic for when things are over my head or abilities.

Both Julianna and Conner were great conversations. They were very hospitable. Offering me snacks and drinks as I waited, and also offered to let me camp in my car tent if I needed to stay another day to complete the repairs.

However, I was determined to get on the road and decided to attempt to complete the repair myself. As they were closing up shop, I approached Dale, who worked on my vehicle, to simply ask him a question. Earlier he even offered me tools if I needed them. I had my own, but it was great appreciated. Anyway, I asked him about some parts that needed removed to access my sensor. Instead of simply answering, he stuck around for nearly 2 hours after closing and helped me complete the repair.

I was so touched that, when I was telling my dad about it over the phone, I was nearly brought to tears. Coming from someone who doesn't prefer to use a shop to begin with, I can't recommend this shop enough!!!

Now I can safely make it to my gig in Durango then onwards to kick off my family vacation in Denver. My parents will be able to experience Utah and several national parks.

Very stressful situation but Travis and Clark and everyone was super professional, kind and patient answering all of my questions and explaining the process.
