“We’ve been with this storage facility for over 10+ years. Great units, clean, security, well lit. Have never had any issues. Recently, we had some personal issues come up, and Charles and Elizabeth were incredibly understanding and worked with us every step of the way. We truly appreciate their kindness, patience, and willingness to help. Thank you both and Bach Self Storage!!”
“Emma thank you for the amazing customer service you provided me today. You went above and beyond by walking me through everything and showing me 3 different units to help me better decide which one was a better fit for me. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend Extra Space for all your storage needs.”
“The office was very responsive to setting up our delivery. They are estimate of charges very clear and reasonable. On delivery date the truck and driver showed up and we’re very friendly and quick in they’re delivering of the of the household items. They had missed out on item that I had asked about. They quickly called the office. The office found where that was and they agreed to deliver it very quickly without payment saying that it was their fault so they should cover the charge. I found them being very responsible with this little error. I would work with them again.”
“I am in the process of looking for a storage unit, and Carol was extremely nice. Took me to the unit so I could see it. Let me know about the specials that we’re going on and was very people person.”

“Absolutely the best response as I was searching for a large unit to store my RV. Office staff answered my questions and guided me on how to enter the premise. Although the unit did not work for me my deposit was immediately returned with no questions asked. Great way to run a business. Thank you greg lesley”

“We are trying to find storage for a full size truck for our business and Teona has been fantastic - she is going above and beyond to find us what we need. Highly recommend Alpine Storage because of her.”
“Wildcat Storage in North Ogden is truly amazing. Pricing is very competitive, location is very secure, easy to access and always clean. Kayla has been amazing from the time we started renting two years ago. She answered an after hours call when we were delivering our contents to the unit that took longer than expected running past the 10:00pm lockout time and saved us! Most recently, I accidently damaged the outer door removing my boat and was very concerned. They immediately called their door repair company to get someone out there to help get the door closed to protect my belongings. What I truly can't believe is that they are being so gracious and covering the repair costs which really shows just how much their customers mean to them. Kayla and the owners are what make a great storage facility truly amazing! I won't store my belongings anywhere else.”
“I had a storage unit here for 3 and a half months while I was between apartments, and I had an incredible experience! They were great at communication, they were very upfront about everything, the entire experience was exactly what I was promised, and June was fantastic! I would definitely recommend Ogden Self Sorage!”

“By far the best Moving Company in Utah, south west Wyoming, and southern Idaho! Very strategic and gentle with the packing as well as loading the moving truck! 10/10 highly recommend to absolutely anyone in the market to hire a moving company!”
“We had a deadline to meet with our landlord , who hadn’t given us much time at all. And so bc we started making phone calls and I think we talked to every storage unit rental place in Weber and Davis counties!! Sigh!
And then there was…..lock it up self storage on 9th and Wall in Ogden!!! These guys are the best! Best service! Best prices! Best units! We went in on a Friday afternoon and Krista made the whole sign up process for us simple and pain less. She is our new favorite!!! Didn’t have to sign our lives away and didn’t have to break the bank- because they had an awesome move in special as well!!! Thanks guys!!!”
“Excellent storage facility. Staff are very friendly and responsive. It is secure. Grounds are clean. Storage areas are solid. I highly recommend Storage Master.

“Amazing woman working in there named Krystal. She knew the ins and outs of all the storage options, showed them to me, then got a military discount of 5% so that was nice, and a deal of a lock and month free. Competitive in pricing, gates are fast and close slowly so you have plenty of time to get in and out. The temp control is what I got, and nice clean hallways wide enough to use a dolly and carry stuff. Im a disabled vet so I have to be careful and the wider hallway and the door stops are nice. Also the doors on units are a piece of cake to open and close. Which is nice when you have a wrecked back, neck, and shoulders. I would recommend to anyone. I will say only hiccups were computer based where my declaration stuff from insurance disappeared but resent with ease. That is me being transparent there was no problems and solved easily. Thankyou for making a annoying time easy! Oh and no they are not a scam to whomever reads that review. I literally live .2 miles from them and rent a 10 by 15 temp controlled unit. I found them in December, started renting in January, got my free month and lock, military discount applied, and couldn't be happier.”
“Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a storage unit. Tony and his team were great to work with and was willing to answer any questions I had and the communication was crystal clear. The location was great for us as well, no issues ever getting in or out. Thank you Tony!”

“We have been so happy at Lock It Up in North Ogden. The app makes getting into our unit so easy. The units are very clean, we set off a bug bomb but I don't think we needed to as we haven't come across a single dead bug. We are so happy with it we even got a second unit for some temporary storage while moving. Highly recommend this facility.”
