“I rented a storage unit at Wildcat Storage in South Ogden for quite a while, and it was exactly what I hoped for. Every time I stopped by, the property was clean, the driveways were easy to navigate, and the whole place felt well cared for. It wasn't the kind of facility where you worry about puddles, trash, or doors that look like they've seen better days. Everything always looked neat, and getting in and out was quick and hassle-free.
What I really enjoyed was knowing I could stop by, grab what I needed, and be on my way without any headaches. It's not often you think about your storage unit until you need it, and that's probably the best compliment I can give. The experience was consistently easy from start to finish. If you're looking for a clean, well-maintained place to store your belongings, this is an easy recommendation. Hopefully you'll visit your storage unit less often than your refrigerator—but when you do, it's nice knowing it'll be just as clean as you left it.”
“Wildcat Storage in North Ogden is truly amazing. Pricing is very competitive, location is very secure, easy to access and always clean. Kayla has been amazing from the time we started renting two years ago. She answered an after hours call when we were delivering our contents to the unit that took longer than expected running past the 10:00pm lockout time and saved us! Most recently, I accidently damaged the outer door removing my boat and was very concerned. They immediately called their door repair company to get someone out there to help get the door closed to protect my belongings. What I truly can't believe is that they are being so gracious and covering the repair costs which really shows just how much their customers mean to them. Kayla and the owners are what make a great storage facility truly amazing! I won't store my belongings anywhere else.”

“We had a deadline to meet with our landlord , who hadn’t given us much time at all. And so bc we started making phone calls and I think we talked to every storage unit rental place in Weber and Davis counties!! Sigh!
And then there was…..lock it up self storage on 9th and Wall in Ogden!!! These guys are the best! Best service! Best prices! Best units! We went in on a Friday afternoon and Krista made the whole sign up process for us simple and pain less. She is our new favorite!!! Didn’t have to sign our lives away and didn’t have to break the bank- because they had an awesome move in special as well!!! Thanks guys!!!”

“Amazing woman working in there named Krystal. She knew the ins and outs of all the storage options, showed them to me, then got a military discount of 5% so that was nice, and a deal of a lock and month free. Competitive in pricing, gates are fast and close slowly so you have plenty of time to get in and out. The temp control is what I got, and nice clean hallways wide enough to use a dolly and carry stuff. Im a disabled vet so I have to be careful and the wider hallway and the door stops are nice. Also the doors on units are a piece of cake to open and close. Which is nice when you have a wrecked back, neck, and shoulders. I would recommend to anyone. I will say only hiccups were computer based where my declaration stuff from insurance disappeared but resent with ease. That is me being transparent there was no problems and solved easily. Thankyou for making a annoying time easy! Oh and no they are not a scam to whomever reads that review. I literally live .2 miles from them and rent a 10 by 15 temp controlled unit. I found them in December, started renting in January, got my free month and lock, military discount applied, and couldn't be happier.”

“I was a tenant at 17th Street Storage for 7 years and can highly recommend it. So convenient, clean, safe and secure. Management is responsive (needed a roll up door replaced b/c it was too hard to lift…they were on it with a new mechanism). Would have stayed if I still needed storage.”

“Only rating customer service. Their staff's customer service was the best thing about my experience with my pick up they were extremely friendly and willing to fix issues that occurred. The location ( which I heard they are changing thank goodness) is awful for OTR drivers. Backing into the indoor dock from the street filled with cars and random pedestrians on break Jwalking constantly. Not to mention the street is angled horribly with drainage curbs that are death traps for semis and no actually parking so there only drainage curb tip over parking or trespassing. I arrived at 1200 for a 1300 apt and got the door at 1345, out at 1445 good enough turn over but overweight on drives 3k with tendems slid all the way forward. Nearby scale for proof and went back and was worked in. Out at 1640”
“We do not have a storage unit here, but have been here several times with a friend that has a couple at this location. The property is very clean, it's very comfortable feeling. I would recommend this place to anyone, that wants a good storage facility.”

“Everything works as it should, but the way you have to pull all the way through to turn around (because the vacuum is right where you pull into the parking lot,if someone is at the vacuums you have 4 spot to be in) is a pain.”

The people I hired to help left it unlocked. They let me know it was without a lock and put one on it free of charge great people id highly recommend anyone..its quite safe there also.”

“I had a great experience with UNITS. The potable storage unit was clean and airtight. I had it for two months and even in heavy storms everything stayed dry. They responded promptly with the unit and communication, and with pick up as well. They also took care to make sure our driveway was supported and safe. The price was better than most and I would definitely recommend them.”
