“This was my 1st buying a car, I’m 19 years old and I was really nervous. Amanda was absolutely amazing, she was so sweet and I could tell she really cared about my needs and of course her motherly instincts wanted to make sure I was safe. During my process we ran into a few problems with loans and stuff, she was heartbroken for me and tried everything she could to help me out, we eventually found a car I loved, and I needed buying it and qualifying for a loan. The car needed a few things on it fixed, and she told me it would need a few days so she gave me a lender car in the meantime. During that time she was so communicative and updated me on where the car was on its progress, no matter how annoying I got with bugging her. Overall it was a fantastic experience, even though I don’t have much/ anything to compare it to. I went in to repair/replace my skid plate and front right fender liner and they took care of that as well as fixed a dent I had in my front right fender and removed some corrosion build up I had on my battery without me even having to ask or pay. They also kept me updated throughout the whole process and were able to procure the parts and complete the repair within only a couple days. I had been in the market for a used car for months to replace a 2000 Acura with 263,000 miles. The car would be for teens to learn to drive. I had very strict criteria that the car had to meet before I bought and if the car didn’t meet the criteria I walked away. I personally inspected 25 cars before buying from Roger’s. Here’s the criteria:
1) IHS five star crash test
2) Reliability and able to reach 250,000 miles with proper maintenance
3) Non smoker
4) Clean car fax with zero accidents
5) Under $10,000
6) Pass my own inspection (oil, coolant, brakes, bulbs, tires, belts and hoses, OBD2 check, every single button, etc.)
So they were selling a 2013 Hyundai Element that had 41,000 miles. It met the first 5 requirements, but would it pass my final inspection?
Roger’s Auto Sales was very accommodating and let me do my thing and take as much time as I needed. I found foot problems with the car (owners manual was missing, the tire jack was missing, it needed new wiper blades, and there was a lot of brake noise).
They fixed all of those issues (ordered the manual from Ebay), and I walked out with the car I had been searching for!
The only thing I think they could do better is to detail the car and maybe wash it and fill it with gas when you buy. But not a huge deal to me.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car that isn’t junk!”

“I send an interest email to them and receive a response within the same day. I asked several questions reguarding the vehicle which were swiftly answered. There was damage on the vehicle that was told to me before I flew in from out of state. When I arrived I was allowed to fully inspect the vehicle. The car drove like a dream; however, a bit too much cosmetic flaws for me. The car will be a great car for someone who isn't as picky as me. I appreciate the constant contact from staff and welcoming when I arrived. Unfortunately, a deal was not completed during my trip.”
