“I had a fantastic experience with **** Brothers today. Worked with ****** at the store on E 300 S. We were traveling through the area and had two tires damaged by local roads. They did everything you could ask to get the proper tires for our truck and get us back on the road. It was done in less than 3 hours. “First, I want to say thank you to Scot, Becky, and CJ for being so kind, friendly, and for making my car buying experience so smooth and easy!I hadn't bought a car in 12 years and was terrified to search for one.. I had been on the hunt for the past year and had zero luck... I was about to give up and settle with a small car, until I came across the 2019 Traverse (dream of mine) on the website and I just had to test drive it. Scot reached out, I got the green light from my dad, I scheduled the test drive and instantly fell in love, which I already knew I was going to.. Scot was very thorough and honest about everything we asked and was not pressuring us at all, which is rare.... Got the call 9:30 Monday morning from Scot saying I got approved and, boy, did I cry!!!We've been on cloud nine ever since!! ?Scot even went out of his way to order us a key fob cover to protect our already slightly damaged key fob, which was awesome and took us by surprise!Becky was very nice and thorough about the ppwk part and made it fun for our 9yr old who was crazy bored, and CJ, the manager called to check in and thank us and was very friendly!These guys have great customer service and know what they are doing! Definitely will make the 30min drive for future purchases and will recommend friends & family!! ?”

Inspections of new cars before buying is a must and he goes thru the vehicle in a very thorough inspection, letting you know what to expect if you buy the vehicle.
