“I am amazed at the experience I receive here. When my little Honda completely shut down on the I-15 on New years day on my way home to Idaho I was frantic. My insurance is a company that covers the entire US and doesn't work with specific shops but instead sends you a list of every car place (shop, dealership, or gas station) that exists within 25 miles of where you broke down.I initially selected Harrison's because it was the closest but am so grateful I did. I called the number on the side of the building before normal operating hours and on new years day expecting to get an office voicemail, but Mike picked up- even though they were closed for the day. They let us keep the car out front until they could get a look at it which I am so grateful for.After speaking to Mike the next day after looking the car over we learned that the diagnosis was a massive oil leak that ruined all the electrical components, but he would do what he could to get us back on the road before his HIP SURGERY. Yes, this man came in on the day of his surgery to try and help get us back on the road. Not to mention that the quote for the work was cheaper than what we were expectingWe got a call from Holly (his wife) later that day informing us that the fix did not work, the mechanic helping out to keep an eye on it after the fix while Mike was in surgery had some more ideas to fix it up and we were willing to try that.The next day I was at the point of not expecting to get our car running, I called Mike to discuss a possible sale for scrap and to schedule a time to pick up my personal items but when I called I got the news my car was back up and running. I was completely shocked. All I needed was my little car to get me back to Idaho and Mike, his team, and his family, went above and beyond to help us out.”

“Never have been to your place. I’m new here from Southern California. So I was looking forward to checking out the shop this weekend, drove out 45 minutes on back roads from the avenues in Salt Lake. Was planning on it and was really looking forward to it. On Google it was Green “Open” said was open till 5pm ended up showing up finally, was a few mins after 3 and to find out that it was closed. Even the hours on the store says it’s open till five. I ended up calling the shop while I was in the parking lot and on a recorded message said because it’s Saturday we close at three. “As far as mechanics go, you couldn't ask for more. Except maybe that they serviced non Subarus too. We took our 2006 Subaru Impreza Outback here for 3 years until our Subaru was deemed totaled in a wreck and we've had to move on to another mechanic. I can't recommend Clarks enough though. They took great care of our car. They never did anything without consulting us and they always made sure this car was well taken care of. We will miss Clarks!Hot tip, they usually work by appointment. They are very popular and get pretty booked up. In an emergency situation, they have been known to accommodate us last minute but don't expect them to be there at midnight on a Saturday. If you can get your car there though, they do have a key drop that you can use if you let them know ahead of time.”
