“Love this shop, one of my favorites for getting new plants. Sad to see it shut down, but I understand why the owners are tired. Definitely go before it’s closed!!”

“I love this place for so many reasons. Brad is kind and a great guy and drops philosophical (plant and otherwise) nuggets left and right. There's a massive and seasonally-variable plant selection here. Every time I come here I find something interesting to put in my garden. The pricing is excellent and the plants are high quality. This is a true SLC gem.”

“We ran into a little payment mix up (my bad) and everyone I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and kind getting it all squared away. Thank you Debbie, Stephanie & gentleman whose name I didn't get.”

“I love that these plants are grown here. That matters because they are used to the climate and grow better. Plus the fact that they are healthy plants. They have a great selection and prices! I have been buying from here for 20 years now. Support your local small businesses!”

“Special thanks to Becka in the floral department of Cactus and Tropicals, for the four beautiful dry flower arrangements she created in the four rustic vases from Nepal. They turned out exactly as I had hoped!”

“Excellent! Always a great selection of house plants. The staff is helpful and friendly. I love the deals they often have going on for "used and abused" plants. The perfect place to find some great gifts for my wife. She's got quite the green thumb and loves saving plants from the brink. If you're looking for some great house plants be sure to check out Paradise Palm! Highly recommended!”

“Super grateful for the help I received last night from Electric Sales & Service Rep Tim. I was not sure if our favorite little electric? fireplace heater was fixable. Tim not only pointed out a reasonable and safe item to purchase, He also went above and beyond by replacing the cord and tightening any loose screws around all four legs. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and there has not been any problems with the heater since getting home and plugging it back in.Thank YOU ? Thank YOU ? Thank YOU ? for the outstanding service once again received at the Millcreek Home Depot Location.”

“Big, big store of almost everything you need for home repair or remodel. It can be overwhelming, if like me, you have no clue about home repairs/home remodeling and or home building. It's hard to find someone to help, but when you do they seem to be knowledgeable. Many outdoor items a good selection of plants/flowers/trees/vegetables and fruit trees”

“Our online order was missing the handles component and the manager on duty (Laydon I believe ?) was extremely helpful in providing the part right away as we had the installer at the house already doing the work. Thank you again for amazing customer service in a timely fashion!”

“Lots of products, very helpful employees. They will get with others working there to solve your problem or get you the right product. They can order items they don't stock or are out of. You can get many of them delivered also. Sales always great! I appreciate the military discount now connected to my cell phone! No longer need a manager to complete transaction.”

“I like to buy things at this Home Depot at 345 W. 2100 S. It has a good garden section and a lot of the staff at the store are really helpful, so I give this HUGE store 5 Stars, too! I have read some other reviews. I agree, it CAN be hard to find an employee to answer a question, but I keep on and I always succeed. In contrast when I don't find something at the Home Depot on South Highland Dr, they say, "Well, Home Depot at 2100 South has it!" Some people prefer Lowe's on 300 West, SLC. It's easier to find staff to ask a question at Lowe's. The Lowe's staff are more conversational. The other reviews here show Home Depot can be a challenge. I add that the HomeDepot.com selection of washers & dryers is great. They offer many brands, various styles, sizes and price ranges. My old washer failed, so I ordered a front-loading washer at a low price. Home Depot had some nice washers so I ordered one. The delivery today came 25 minutes early. They emailed & phoned first. The delivery team installed it, removed the old washer, & showed me the new washer worked OK. All in 45 minutes, which was good! After they left I washed a load of dirty clothes. The new washer cleaned them, with no water leak! Great service, great product!See below: new Samsung Washer in basement, installed 12/8/2023.”

“This review is about Home Depot online appliances and at the end, about the Home Depot store on 2100 S in Salt Lake City. First, their Online selection is great. They offer many brands, various styles, sizes and price ranges. My old washer failed, so during the sales I ordered a front-loading washer at a low price, not the cheapest. I owned 2 excellent Samsungs in the past. Home Depot had some nice washers so I ordered one. The delivery today came 25 minutes early. They emailed & phoned first; that helped. Carlos & Manuel finished installing it and removing the old washer in 45 minutes, which was good. They showed me the washer worked OK, also! After they left I washed a load of dirty clothes. The new washer cleaned them, with no water leak! Great service, great product! Secondly I like to buy things at the Home Depot at 345 W. 2100 S.
