Products that don’t do what they promise even when new. Untrained Customer Service Reps who are clueless about the product line. Avoid Orbit Products!

Multiple calls on a warranty claim, ended up both time with someone overseas that cannot do anything other than read a script and cannot process what they are being told. Adios Orbit - going with a competitor !

I would give them zero stars if I could. The products are awful. They break or go defective within months. Customer service is awful. The Customer reps do not know what they're talking about. They talk to you as if they're on drugs and are totally useless. Run from this company do not walk and do not buy any of their products.
