“This place is risky, I always spend more than I planned but get a screaming deal. The staff are super helpful and seem like they enjoy what they do. Particularly the folks in there who do repairs. I beat the hell out of my gear and I bring them literal rags and they always work with me and blow my mind with the functional repairs they provide. Good gear, excellent warranty. The repairs they do for free have saved me a ton of money and kept a lot of my stuff on my adventures and out of landfills.”
“Great experience! We bought a toy rifle for our son as a reward for when he completed a chore chart. It took him a month, but he earned it! He was so excited till he figured out that it didn't work. We no longer had the receipt, but we went in to customer service anyway. Paula and Maxine were great! They let him swap it out with a new one which is working beautifully. That was above and beyond! Pricing seems to be getting on the higher side but most everything is name brand and great quality. I subscribed to the daily deals so I keep an eye out and when a good deal pops up I snag it.”

“JL Is awesome. I found some elliptical machines on KSL that I was interested in for my home. I had three in mind, but because I don't know which is the best, I thought my only and best option was to ask a manufacturer and fitness equipment company.... so I dialed upper limit at 7:30pm Friday night, of course not expecting anyone to pick up the phone....JL answered and was very forthright and helpful to my situation. He never sounded annoyed or in a hurry to get off the phone, rather, he asked me questions and gave his opinion on which decision he would make if it were him. He, and Upper Limit had nothing to gain by giving me advice. He was incredulity nice and helpful. I trust his advice and I went with his advice. I wish there were more company's that had people like JL. They will now at least get my service and future business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JL and UPPER LIMIT.”
