“We rented a 15 passenger van from Rugged Rental for a week and it was a great experience! We took a family vacation to Yellowstone and the van was the perfect way for all of us to ride together. Pickup and drop off was very easy- even though we arrived on a Sunday when the office was closed. They provided us a complimentary cooler too. The van was very new and extremely clean. I highly recommend Rugged Rental!”

“Excellent service, excellent place to rent cars, they are flexible when delivering the car, rent at noon for 10 days and you can deliver it before 4 pm at no cost unlike other companies, for example, Avis charged me a full day for arriving 2 hours after the time the car is picked up”

“Just finished up a 21 year long relationship with kenworth paclease and now our company decided to give ideal lease a shot. So we haven't even received our new trucks yet. They are still in the build process.We are still in their rentals. But so far i think itis going to be better than kenworth. The mechanics out in the shop seem pretty laid back so im hopping we have a good couple lease periods with them and that should take me up to retirement. So i hope it goes good”

Be aware, the location is on a busy corner of US 89, so you need to slow before the entrance. It sneaks up on you quickly!”

“This was a great positive experiance! after going to the airport rental car and being denied. Derek addressed all concerns and is the coolest person! Rented a brand new Camry. The car was a dream and was so smooth. Upon returning i was alittle late due to morning traffic and Derek again was there to save the day!! i suggest going to the place even from the airport”
