“My first time with EVV was when my 20-year-old cat had declined rapidly in health in 2021. Dr. Sophie was so incredibly kind and helpful in us reaching our conclusion that we had to say goodbye. It was something we had dreaded for a long time, but our experience at EVV was more than we could’ve hoped for under such sad circumstances.Since then, Dr. Sophie and the EVV team has seen our other two cats. One of which they’ve seen since he was a kitten. They’ve been so wonderful to work with and I trust the care they provide. I’m saddened that we’ll be moving to a different state and hope we can find similar care for our fur babies.”

“I’m sooo grateful I found these guys! They are sooo great with our dog!! They are so patient and caring for her! And they are quick too. This last time our dog went in, she had a wound above her paw prior to going in for a grooming. The wound ended up bleeding while there so they took every precaution, medicated it, gave her extra time for her wound. They really babied her which I really appreciate! Kylee groomed her and she looks great!! Love them all here!”
“I found Dr. Perez by accident (as she was available for the appointment time we needed), and I'm so grateful! I took no time switching to her as our full-time vet. She is the best. She's brilliant, insightful, and keeps me well informed! She gives the most thorough exams, but doesn't over-prescribe or recommend any unnecessary procedures. The techs are also great with the nail trims, as we have three dogs with completely different personalities!I should also acknowledge this veterinary hospital for saving my dog's life seven years ago after he was attacked! We rushed him in because it was the closest, and they were able to get him bandaged with a drain, so we could get him safely to the emergency vet. We are forever indebted to them for their quick response!”

“Parrish Creek has cared for my birds, rats, and rabbits over the years and I am really grateful for them. It's kind of a drive for me but so worth it. They bend over backwards to get me in when my critters are sick. It must be such a hard job, but everyone there from the office staff to the techs and the vets, are kind, friendly and patient and have shown our family so much compassion.”

I was thankful for the speedy availability they had to get my dog seen within the same week, and I was happy the entire staff was understanding that my dog is not very outgoing with new people and needed time to warm up to being touched/addressed. “I had to take my dog into a different emergency vet and sadly had a terrible experience that resulted in being overcharged and told my dog would pass away by morning.They requested that if I weren't going to hospitalize him, to get another x-ray done the following day. Red Butte fit me in very last minute and on the day after Christmas. I had spent the past 24 hours extremely anxious about my dog and Dr. Brandt helped to calm down a lot of my anxieties. They took another x-ray and let us know what was actually going on with him. In just under 24 hours, he had already improved immensely with the medications they sent us home with.They were communicative on pricing and what procedures would be done. I'm so grateful they were able to help me get my dog back to his healthy and playful self!”
“I had been with them for about a year and that's only because I had moved. They have a really great rewards program and customer support line for any issues that may pop up. I had been taking my dog to the groomers regularly and they always do a great job. I highly recommend joining especially when your pup is young and needing all those appointments and vaccinations. Pro tip: they have a cancellation fee for no shows on grooming and vaccination appointments.”
“I've been taking my girl Gracie there since she was three months old and she now eight years old they understand her needs and my concerns. Dr. Jackson is her vet and My other two dog doctor and we love going to her. I do recommend Banfield to my family and friends”
“The grooming department gets five stars - we love Jayce! She is so sweet, and our pup always gets returned to us looking adorable. He is nervous and ornery so she must really have a way with him. I love how the grooming area is right up front and easy to access in these times of social distancing. They also have their own register for checkout which I appreciate. The store itself isn't my favorite. The layout is confusing, I swear every time I go to look for our staple wet and dry foods they have moved. It's definitely a little dingy. However, the employees are all efficient and helpful!”
