“Dr. Sierra and Marissa definitely went above and beyond today. I had to switch vets, I had met Tina the manager, who was also very comforting and convincing me to come over. I had taken my little Chi Chi Hua to a ““ corporate vet! After Tina heard my story, I took it up on myself to book an appointment because of what I was told. I have never been so impressed in my whole life of how well the entire team from start to finish did such an excellent job. Dr. Sierra and Marissa Gave the utmost an exceptional service to me and my little Benjie I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Sierra and her team. I walked in, I had a very friendly greeting. Within minutes, I was taken back to a room with a furnished couch, fun pictures, and a very calm atmosphere. Anyone who has a Chi Chi Hua knows that. Dr. Sierra gave him the best exam looked him over Not only once but twice. Best experience that we have ever had. Our tech Marissa was not only informative, but was so very calm and very kind. She was able to give him his injection and his vaccines without any worries, also it was like he didn’t even fill it. I now will continue my pet care with Dr. Sierra and the staff here at animal care center. It has been the best experience, not only the transparency, but how very good that they take care of your pet and also you at the same time. It felt very salt of the Earth, it gave me all the vibes today.”

We really appreciate Dr. O, she is so honest and kind. She always makes sure my cat is comfortable and feels safe, I appreciate how gentle she is with her. She has truly put in and effort to know my cats personality and her individual needs. My cat actually looks forward to the visits, which is not her usual behavior around appointments. “I called Dr. Monroe to see if he could help our paralyzed dog. He was out of town but he called the day after he got home and left a message and then called again. He told us he couldn't help her but gave us other options and spent a lot of time on the phone educating me on her condition and what to do. I didn't pay him a cent and he wasn't expecting anything but his compassion was so amazing to me. He works with horses but if I had a horse I would take it to him. His integrity, compassion, knowledge and care is such that I haven't seen elsewhere.”

“We started taking in feral and abandoned rabbits from out neighborhood. One of the first issues we ran into was the cost of spay/neutering services for them since they are considered "exotic". Brickyard was the first affordable rabbit vet I found in the Valley. They are also easy to get an appointment with. Places like Wasatch Exotics there was a month + weight for. That's not sustainable if you have multiple exotics or an emergency. We have had more than 10 rabbits have surgery with Doctor Allen and they've all been great. They have seen our buns for various issues and love it. The staff is so caring and kind. Love this place never going anywhere else if we can help it.”

“I was referred by my local vet to take my sweet boy cat here. They worked so hard and were in contact with me throughout his treatment. He was supposed to stay for 2 or more days. He ended up not being healthy enough to come home after a day. They were compassionate and professional about what needed to be done. I immediately went in when the dr called and let me know that he wasn't going to make it home. I was able to spend as much time as I needed to before he needed to be put down. I had privacy with my sweet boy. They offered to have someone with me. They said i could spend as much time as I needed. The amazing girl who took me back cried with me and asked me if she could hug me. These people care about animals and the loss with the owners so so much. I couldn't have asked for better care, and compassion. They helped so much. I would recommend this place over and over again. Thank you guys for everything you did for Jasper. Thank you for feeling his loss with me. I can't imagine going through this day after day with clients and thier beloved animals. You are angels.”

I will always be grateful for the care and support he provided during such a difficult time. He also cares for my other dog, Stewart, and consistently goes above and beyond. He is patient, attentive, and thoughtful, and always makes me feel confident that my dogs are in the very best hands. It’s rare to find someone who combines such a high level of competence with so much genuine compassion. I can’t recommend Dr. Larsen highly enough, and I sincerely hope I’ll always be able to entrust my dogs’ care to him.”
