Took my 3 girls for an eye exam and new glasses. The eye doctor was super amazing and friendly. And technicians were very friendly and very helpful in finding lenses for my girls. Each one of my girls got 2 pairs of glasses for 79.95 which is a great deal for a single mother of 3! Thank you all so much. Very great experience!

One time they had me wash my hands before trying on a pair of contacts and the sink was full of nasty rotten food. Every time I come here I think about that and it really ruins the vibe

Everyone here is so nice and really good at explaining everything so there's no surprises. I've been coming here for years because of how friendly they are, how great the prices are and how big of a selection they have available.

I scheduled an appointment for 10:10 today and when I showed up for the appointment they said they changed the name on it and gave the appointment to a patient that was already there, what is the point of us being able to schedule an appointment online if there just going to give it to someone else

You get what you pay for, is all I can say. Who wants to go discount when it comes to your eyes. I spent 287.00 for progressive lens with all the bells and whistles. The anti glare was non existent. Lens material seemed like really thin plastic. After returning for a redo, they got worst.. I think wearing the glasses I got, damaged my sight, even more.

I started receiving eye care here when I was 12. I am now 34, and this location has turned to absolute garbage. The people here are rude and full of attitude. It is January 22nd and I'm still waiting for my trial contacts. I don't want to order because I don't know if the prescription will be correct this time because the first pair they sent were incorrect. I seen the eye doctor December 30th. Also, they parade their pride flag around and this is a business, conduct yourself as so. Your personal beliefs do not reflect that of the business, keep it at home

Took my daughter for a special they had of 2 pair of glasses for 79.99 and and when she got there they told us it was only for men special and I she ended with almost $500 dollars bill I still have the screenshot of the special offer they shouldn’t post promotions that are not real

Zero empathy or consideration that things happen and to give people the benefit of the doubt that they try their best. Our 20 minute drive took 27 minutes because of an unexpected road closure we had to go around. The employee at the counter as we checked in said "unfortunately that was 7 minutes ago, you're going to have to reschedule, I have a digital appointment tomorrow." What the heck?! Most professionals allow a 15 minute window for such circumstances. I will take our business elsewhere. That's terrible customer service and a computer exam cannot examine the possible iris issue on the eye that we made the appointment for. Perhaps a blessing in disguise to now seek out a professional to assess it.

Charged my insurance for a pair of glasses that I never received. Now I'm unable to get another pair of glasses or contacts until April 2024. 10/10 don't recommend.

2 pair new pairs of expensive glasses were wrong. The point of getting new glasses is so we can see better. They tell you to wait 2 weeks for your eyes to adjust. I can’t go 2 weeks without seeing, Very rude employees.

My husband and I went for vision evaluations and new glasses here. The techs and doctors were great but the salesperson we worked with (who had a manager title on his name tag) was pushy and patronizing. Furthermore they told us our glasses would be ready in about a week, but I didn’t receive a call and finally checked in after a month of hearing nothing only to find out my glasses had been ready for weeks. We definitely will not be returning customers.

I would give them a zero star rating except there is no such rating.This company Is the absolute worst company to buy from.I spent $700 for my glasses and five months later, one of my glasses broke at the hinge. No one sat on them, they weren’t abused and it was clearly a manufacturing problem.I asked for help but they refused and told me that since I didn’t buy a warranty (they never offered me one) that they can’t help me. Basically to go pound sand.I will never buy from them ever again. Like I said, the WORST company ever.A couple of weeks later, they contacted me and apologized for the situation.It’s unfortunate that some companies require a negative post to get them to help but to their credit, they resolved the situation.I would only add that if a situation arises, we (the customers) should speak up and not accept bad service. Americas best did respond. So yay for me AND them.

Beware of 1 day late! I brought my glasses in the first time bc the prescription was off, they reexamined my eyes and got me replacements. It wasn’t right again, I tried to live with them for a month but my eyes just didn’t see right. Brought them back, they checked the lens, one was off by .25, the other was off by 1.0; they said that was normal tolerance levels??? I told them I wanted them redone, but they said my 30 day guarantee was over by “1” day. I told them I would take my glasses to a different company and have them test it and see if the tolerance was normal; then they offered to refund my money and take my glasses back; which I did. I had 3 employees help me, I’m sure one was the manager. My glasses were Ray-bans, and I loved the frames just wanted my eye’s seeing good. Very disappointed that they couldn’t just fix my lens bc of being “1” day late. I bought glasses from them for 10 years, now I will be buying online or somewhere else! ??
