“Oh my goodness I cannot say enough good about this place. I absolutely love it here and I am so pleased with my whole experiance from the showing to the move in. Addy and Payton in the office are the sweetest gals they are straight forward with pricing and what is included what is allowed and not allowed. They give you all the details about the points you earn on the app paying your rent which can go towards all kinds of different things gift cards, prizes it is an awesome little perk, as well as the credit reporting so you can higher your credit just by paying your rent. They also partner with flex which is an amazing split rent option you apply for thru flex. Now Austin omgee he is amazing like quite literally the best maintenance man I have ever seen. My ac went out the day before we were supposed to have those 105+ days 😫. Despite it being so late in the evening he drove an hour away and an hour back to deliver a portable ac to make sure we were okay and boy did it help. These guys go above and beyond for thier tenants this month they had a community pool party and provided hamburgers and hotdogs for everyone, honestly they all get 100/10 in my book. If you are thinking about moving here I highly recommend it as one very satisfied resident.”

“The management team is wonderful, always quick to respond, and genuinely cares about the residents. They’ve created a welcoming community with a personal touch. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and other conveniences within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, has beautiful finishes, and the balcony is a great bonus. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!”
