“I’ve lived here for over a year now and it is hands down the best complex I’ve lived in. The amenities are great, the property manager is amazing, and the prices are great for the area. The property manager is super easy to work with and is quite accommodating. 10/10 would definitely recommend to someone wanting to live in the Layton area!”

“The new management Christine has been incredible, I take care of a few clients that live here, and she’s been nothing but amazing with everyone who lives here, with our clients, she’s on top of EVERYTHING. She listens, and she does her absolute best to get everything taken care of right then. She really is the kindest most caring person! Couldn’t ask for anyone better, honestly. Also, Chuck, the maintenance manager, is fantastic! He’s so helpful not matter how small or how big, he’s on top of it. Even if you see him, and ask him a quick question he’s always willing to help, he has most definitely gone above and beyond for everyone in the complex! These two, have made this place so much better than it ever has been! Thank you both! We appreciate you more than you know!”

“I really like these apartments. We have the older model which is okay vs the newer models but still functional and clean. Maintenance has been on top of my requests which I really appreciate. Laci has been amazing to help get us started and everyone ive met (Maintenance, leasing, pest control, and people in the community) has been very friendly. Im so happy I moved here ☺️”
