I went in to repair/replace my skid plate and front right fender liner and they took care of that as well as fixed a dent I had in my front right fender and removed some corrosion build up I had on my battery without me even having to ask or pay. They also kept me updated throughout the whole process and were able to procure the parts and complete the repair within only a couple days. “I was rear-ended on 11/11/25 on Riverdale Road and went through my insurance, Root, to get repairs done as quickly as possible. Since they let me choose my repair shop, I went with Ken Garff because they’re a certified dealership. I first met with Tony, the repair evaluator, and Dave L.
Dave L. ended up handling my repair case. He was incredibly kind, respectful, and always kept me updated.
I dropped my car off right after Thanksgiving on 11/28/25, and they got started right away. They understood how important it was for me to have my car back since it’s my main transportation. On Friday the 5th, Dave called to tell me it was ready. The entire process from drop-off, to constant communication, to getting my car back in under two weeks, was amazing.
When I saw my car, it looked like the accident never even happened. I was beyond ecstatic. My Camry was my first “big girl” purchase and a safer car for my first born, so getting it back meant the world to me. I even cried. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to Dave, Tony, the repair team, and Ken Garff for taking such good care of me.”
