“I went into Ascent credit union to open a new account because I was fed up with the financial institution that I have been doing business with. I didn’t realize at the time that Ascent CU only had a few branches, otherwise I probably would have switched before now. I can remember a time when my previous CU was small with only a hand full of branches,. The one on one customer service that you would receive, almost felt like family. This is exactly the way Kaden at Ascent CU made me feel. The Roy branch was warm and inviting, and I was able to open my account, have all my questions answered and be on my way all in about 15 minutes. Way to go Kaden and the Ascent team. I highly recommend them to anybody that misses the personalized customer service of yesterday.”
