After being on the phone for an hour with Customer Support without my issue getting resolved I went to my local branch (South Ogden) for assistance. I was in and out in 15 minutes with the issue taken care of. Alexsandr (spelling?) assisted me and my issue was fixed very quickly. He was a Godsend getting the issue resolved.

I stopped in to get some cash for some of the grandkids birthdays on the coming months. The young lady who helped me was very polite and helpful getting the denominations together I needed. The customer service at Mountain American is second to none, and has been so in all the years I’ve been a member.
