It was great. I went in, asked them to ship a toy airsoft back to the manufacturer for my son (it was broken and needed repair). They said they'd be happy to and then just took care of it right away. They gentleman treated me well and acted professionally. What a nice experience! Thanks!

Had a poor experience at another FedEx, so I tried this location. My documents were ready in less than 8 business hours, printed and bound perfectly, and they helped with some difficult packaging requirements. This is my new go-to.
