“Over the years I have stayed at several places in Ogden when traveling through. I have found this to be the best option available. It’s not a five star luxury resort, it’s a nice clean quiet place that I’m comfortable in when I’m on a road trip. I consistently find the front desk personnel very pleasant and helpful, the guy who runs the breakfast service is very nice and keeps it spotlessly clean.And the grounds are so pleasant and relaxing, it really makes a difference when I’ve been driving a lot of miles to be able to unwind in such a nice setting.”

“The location is amazing, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. The staff is absolutely amazing! Brianne or Brianna, I am so sorry I can't remember her name... She checked me in and was so unbelievably helpful and kind and sweet! I drive this stretch between Denver and Boise Idaho often and I will always stop and stay at this hotel going forward.”
“Stayed here for 4 nights with a pet. Personnel were very friendly and communication was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. Large grass area out back for pets to do their business. Hotel breakfast was also very good and there is also a great restaurant next door. I was extremely pleased with this hotel and I plan on using this hotel exclusively in the future. I highly recommend.”

“I was a mess coming into this facility, I was meet with the most sincere gratitude by all the people behind the desk. I was unprepared and unable to accommodate the requirements for the time I was booked for the room at the wrong location. No deposit ready and they even let me check in early and were patient and kind all the way. 5 star treatment for a very affordable and respectful experience. Thank you for the comfortable stay.”
“Staying at the Hampton Inn in historic downtown Ogden was an absolute pleasure. This beautiful historic building is truly a must-see — full of character, charm, and perfectly situated in the heart of downtown. Even better, it’s conveniently connected to the convention center, which made everything seamless and stress-free.
A special thank you to Sharon at the front desk — she was absolutely amazing. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and that kind of service makes all the difference.
Highly recommend this location whether you’re visiting for business, an event, or just exploring Ogden. I’ll definitely be back.

“This is an amazing place in beautiful Ogden Canyon! The food is delicious and there is live music. The best part of the Alaskan Inn is the manager. Brenda works so hard to make sure everyone has an awesome experience. She is outstanding and so much fun!!”
