I was not able to speak to the specialist I had been speaking with to resolve the issues regarding my installation. But soon I was assured that everything would be taken care, and it actually was. I was super impressed with the customer service of Intoxalock and my service center.

Rhino Linings were very professional and did a fantastic job with the removal of another company’s device and the installation process of the Intoxalock device. Happy to know I’ve got a professional service center within 10 minutes of my house.

They are very personable and caring. They are guiding me through a rough experience and have answered all my questions. They are quick in doing my calibration as well.
