Amazing staff! They were very informative and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the potential problems. It took a while but I’m glad they were able to help. Pricing wasn’t outrageous and they were willing to find the problems and help fix them without trying to fix things that don’t need it right now. I’ve been to other companies that try to take advantage of women. They do not. I appreciate that. Definitely recommend this jiffy lube

I’m have used Jiffy Lube for my inspection multiple times and this time I was initially told they would not inspect my vehicle because the VIN was not visible in my windshield. My vehicle is a recovered stolen vehicle and the state of Washington places a plate with their seal over the VIN in the windshield. I understand the reasoning behind having to go off the VIN on the dash but in my case that is not possible. I had to argue my case and eventually they did inspect my vehicle and registered it for me but it was frustrating to have to argue to make your professionals understand that it is legal for my VIN to be covered.
