The first initial person on the line is amazing. Her customer service skills are wonderful.
However, site in West Haven is a problem... With water leakage in unit's rear and alarms going off, and invoice does not reflect the 50% off for 3 months that was promised and exactly what I'm paying for. Concern for bill.

I am keeping my boat there, Awesome nice people, looks to be a brand new facility, clean well maintained, good security, I will continue to store my boat there every year because it's close to the freeway. Also I have plenty of more room for other things.

New place. Very convenient how close it is to the freeway. Phenomenal experience I had at the storage units. 10/10 recommend
