“After rebuilding the transmission in my 03 Dodge, at times it had trouble shifting from 2nd to 1st. The truck would almost push me through a light or stop sign before I could flip it into neutral. I took it back multiple times and Scott worked on trying to figure out what the problem was. He spent a lot of extra time on it and tried really hard. I felt bad having to take it back so many times thinking they should have been able to figure out what they screwed up on by now. I was beginning to think I messed up taking it to Scott. He figured it out, it wasn't the transmission. My transmission control module was bad and wasn't allowing the transmission to down shift. When you have a worn out transmission you don't really need a transmission control module. That was 2 yrs ago and the transmission and truck tow well. Highly recommended”
“This is not your generic review, so I keep is short as possible. Went in for an oil change, and was done relatively quick with great service. Bonus they send you a detail report if there is anything wrong with your vehicle. Went to pick up my truck, upon leaving a notice my skid plate was loose went to check bolts were missing. Went back and talk to the staff, they explained that it broke due to rust during the inspection. They offered to extract the bolt and replace it, fast forward to now honestly impressed with their communication and integrity. Though this review was not short, I shows that this team go above and beyond for their customer. Stop on by if you want a amazing experience.”
“Probably the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Real, honest guys who aren't out to screw you over. They offer the best rates around, they don't exaggerate labor times and give you realistic estimate before doing your work. Im from out of town, went in for a starter this week after mine fried in a parking lot, called around to the chain mechanic shops and got quoted $1,200! Luckily I was referred by a local to Marc's shop and he got me in and out in under 3 hours with a brand new starter for under $600. Not enough good things to say about them. Will be referring all of my Utah friends to their shop going forward!
