With the service, we get a discount on the cost and accessories for our vacuum, plus free filters. I highly recommend A-1 Vacuum and Sewing. Brian went above and beyond to make sure I got the part, as it was essential for our water heater to function. He triple checked where they might have it, called another plumbing supply company, and even thought to look into arranging a delivery of the part for the next day.
