“The car was clean and well maintained. The pricing was affordable and the ability to pay a fuel fee before taking the car so I didn't have to refuel it myself was a nice option.”

“We again used the best location for Enterprise car rentals. They have the best staff, Dylan, Griag, Georgia just to name a few. Efficient fast service with great well maintained vehicles. We have used Hertz, Budget, Avis, Dollar, Fox rentals. None of those come close to Enterprise especially this location.”

“Awesome vehicle and great service to get us out on the road. Vehicle was clean which sometimes when renting a vehicle we have had to clean it ourselves before we left on vacation! Not in this case, will definitely be renting through Budget again!”

“I had a really great experience with the Hertz location in Orem, Utah. From start to finish, everyone I worked with was helpful, professional, and—most importantly—communicative. I was dealing with a stressful situation, and they did a great job of making the rental process as easy and straightforward as possible. I never felt like I was being passed around or left wondering what was going on. They kept me informed and genuinely seemed interested in taking care of me as a customer. One thing that really stood out was that I never felt like they were trying to nickel-and-dime me at every opportunity. Instead, the focus seemed to be on finding a solution and taking care of the customer. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference, especially when you're already dealing with a stressful situation. I really appreciate the way the Orem Hertz team handled everything and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing a rental car.”
