“Very nice clean and great airport! Everyone was extremely friendly including the tsa. It's fairly easy and quick to get through and super cozy. They do have a kids room as well and plenty of amenities including family bathrooms and places to eat. The food was good and has large portions.”

“Jerri, the woman, the myth, the legend. Give this woman a promotion! My experience at hertz was struggling when I picked up a rental in Las Vegas, it was not the agreed-upon car and had very little space. It was a Chevy bolt, with 170 miles per charge. We were picking up the rental because my wife’s grandfather had passed away, and we were driving from Las Vegas to Orem Utah. The car was supposed to be non-smoking, however, upon picking up the car, I was confused as to what smelled, the car, or the man taking pictures, and handing me the keys. Unfortunately, it was the car and my daughter, who has asthma, was coughing the entire way up. Also, having such little distance radius, caused us to have to stop four times, and it took nine hours to get somewhere. That should only take six hours. We missed the viewing. I called hertz at the provo airport and Jerri was more than understanding, assured me this could be fixed and in less than 20 minutes I was driving away in a Tesla model 3 which was the original car we were supposed to acquire. Needless to say, Jerri saved the day. Thanks Jerri, you’re the best. ??”

“I rented a minivan to drive some boxes down to California. The woman who helped me switched me out for a same-priced gas Pacifica where every seat folds underneath the floor. I spent $325 including gas which way undercut the $1500 for a moving company. There was so much room left I could have fit 3 other people.”
