Kapp’s is awesome. I usually bring my Audi Q5 in. They have done some repairs on it as well as routine maintenance. Sam and the team are excellent. I trust them. They do great work.
Update: there is no better auto shop than Kapps. Sam is literally the most honest mechanic I have ever met. Beyond that he is a master at cars. I’m so grateful I found them. Thank you Sam and Kapps Services Center.

Kapp's is one of the best decisions I’ve made for our broken 2014 VW Jetta. After a frustrating experience with this car randomly dying, and two other repair shops failing to fix it, we finally found Kapp's. Their team was incredibly patient, understanding, and friendly throughout the entire process. They worked tirelessly to diagnose and repair the issue, all while keeping costs reasonable. Whether this car lasts or not, the experience of working with Kapp's has been so positive that I’d consider buying another foreign car just to bring it back to them! 5 STARS! Highly recommend!

I’m so grateful for these guys. Took my Maserati and they fixed everything for a reasonable price compared with what the dealer was going to charge me. Very honest and professional work, which is very hard to find.

These guys are amazing and honest. I always worry about having someone else work on my car besides myself. I was pleased to find kapp European because of there communication, honesty (they don't try to upsell you stuff you don't need), and extras.
I have to lower my rating I don't want to because they are really nice people and the first part of this is true. I just have to add that they were very forgetful. When they topped off my coolant the lid was left off. There's a few other things that didn't make sense when talking to him made me wonder about their knowledge but I had him do the back brakes one of the clips on the back brakes either never got put on or fell off it's just hard for me to believe that the clip came off on its own without a bad install or the clip never being put on in the first place. I heard some crazy squealing checked my brakes the back right brake which is when you fixed missing a clip

Kapps Absolutely knocked it out of the park. I have a Ferrari that needed spark plugs and I got some wild quotes for replacement. Kapps ended up being the cheapest, they got it in on the scheduled date and to my amazement, they got it done same day. There is a lot of stuff in the way to get to all 12 cylinders so I fully expected it to take 2-3 days. They've certainly earned my business. Dont hesitate to go to them. Also its great that they are so responsive to texts!
