I bought a used 2022 VW Tiguan from them back in August with 40k miles on it. Everything was going fine until I went to get certified for canyon winter traction laws. Turns out I was sold a car with two different brands of tire (milestar on front, Goodyear on back). The tread was nearly bald too. Considering most tires at least last 50k miles I suspect the dealership swapped out a mismatching pair when before they sold to me. Having mismatching tires is bad for AWD cars too so now I’m stuck replacing all four tires barely 3 months after buying the car. I called the dealership and they offered absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Needless to say they’ve lost my business and trust.

Went in to just test drive the car I’ve wanted for a long time and Ethan and the sales team ended up getting me in my GLI! Ethan was super kind and helpful, he was the best. Always have loved the VW dealership

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience deserves to be shared. Working with Ricky and Cory was disappointing. They rushed through the process, seemed more focused on getting out the door than helping me find the right car, and I never felt like they were actually listening to what I wanted.
Because of that, I decided to take my business elsewher, and I’m so glad I did. Volkswagen Southtowne took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and got me into the perfect car with zero hassle.
If you want a dealership that actually cares about your needs, I’d recommend skipping Ricky and Cory and going straight to Volkswagen Southtown and asking for Skielar. They actually listen to you there.

2024 Volkswagen atlas shook us off the road with 17000 miles. Were told it’s not a warranty issue and is not covered. Our first and last Volkswagen and definitely our last purchase here.

The people there were very on hand, cordial and very nice to deal with. Great sales team. I would recommend checking this place out. They have great deals and beautiful cars in their lot. I got a awesome deal on my used car and it turned out to be a lot nicer than I thought it would be.
Unfortunately my sales rep wasn't there because he was off sick, But, Ethan was awesome to work with over the phone.
Next time the family and I are up there we will stop by and thank him.

It’s been a week and I am still waiting for a call back to resolve me issues with my 2025 Tiguan. Patiently waiting.
Ryan has been the one person to offer any help at all! I called 10/21 today is 10/28
Someone responded to my review by still no call back. Very frustrating.
I would call again but I waited 17 minutes this morning and no luck

This was a great dealership, i never felt like I was being pushed to buy something I didn't want nor did I feel like they were trying to play me like the VW dealership in Salt Lake. 100% would recommend this place to anyone I felt like the 2 guys that were helping me were always honest with me and so helpful! Very happy with my VW taos <3

Ken garff vw made it very simple and easy to buy a new car from. Karl went above and beyond to help us and make it very easy for us to purchase. Damon in finance was very professional and nice even going through the new system with couple kinks it was still very easy. Not only would I recommend Ken garff to anyone I literally did which lead to a lease. Thank you to the staff at Ken garff Orem!!!
