“I have been an ATT customer for some time now and I recently needed help with my wireless account. I went to a couple ATT stores closer to home and didn't receive the best help and kept getting different answers. At one point I was told "that is just the way things are" about a specific question I had asked even though I knew that to not be true. Generally the staff in smaller stores have seemed unsure how to approach the situation I was in. I gave this store a try and received the best customer support I have had. Donny is the man! He is very competent in answering any questions I had, he is friendly and he was sure to see that I was taken care of.”

“I’m not one to normally leave a review but- I had a really unfortunate experience going to the Pleasant Grove location to get my new phone, the guy made me super uncomfortable and set up my new phone completely wrong. After I left and tried fixing it myself, I decided to call the Orem location and see if there was anything they could do for me. The guy who answered the phone was extremely nice and told me to come in and he’d be able to help me. Just upon walking in, I could tell this location was 1000x better. I was greeted warmly and was helped almost immediately. I believe Adam helped me (I’m not great with names lol so I could be wrong), he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got everything moved over to my new phone correctly and was very patient. I could also tell that all the employees were all on the same page and worked together as a team. I would recommend this location.”
