“I got a new phone over a month ago and had a complex time with the transition from the old to new phone. I spent hours at the store. The manager, Josue, and Valentino were very helpful. Today I had to return again because I downloaded an app with malware from the App Store. Marcelo was patient and kind in helping me restore my phone and delete the offending app. He also gave me pointers on how to avoid suspicious apps and what to do next time. This store has a great team!”

“Target always has everything I need. Especially this one. When i need something, I go to target. When I don't need something, I go to target. When I'm sad, I go to target and target tells me what I need, and then I'm happy again. Me and target are good friends and I think if it keeps going this way we will be besties for life.”

“We had a great experience. Our family all upgraded our phones and I know going into it, that it always takes hours to do so. So we braced ourselves. However, Ricki was so great to work it. She was very knowledgeable, tried to get us the best deal, and was so upbeat and positive. She made it go by fast and helped each of us individually with any issues we had. Ricki made sure we were all up and running by the time we left. Next time we go back we will request to have Ricki help us again!”
