“We had an outstanding experience with Matthew today while upgrading two phones for my wife and our 13-year-old son. My son was having a hard time letting go of his old phone, and Matthew was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to build a great rapport with him, which made what could have been a stressful experience much easier for our family.
Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. His customer service went above and beyond, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the people he helps.

She was very knowledgeable, tried to get us the best deal, and was so upbeat and positive. She made it go by fast and helped each of us individually with any issues we had. “I got a new phone over a month ago and had a complex time with the transition from the old to new phone. I spent hours at the store. The manager, Josue, and Valentino were very helpful. Today I had to return again because I downloaded an app with malware from the App Store. Marcelo was patient and kind in helping me restore my phone and delete the offending app. He also gave me pointers on how to avoid suspicious apps and what to do next time. This store has a great team!”
